Overall good experience. Some things I would improve on, promotions should be available 20-30 minutes before store opening to allow for mobile ordering earlier. The shakes were okay, a little thinner than I would prefer but yummy nonetheless.Service was just okay, a little slower than I would prefer during a lunchtime setting. I was with a small group, we all ordered shakes after our food, the member making mine was apparently not thrilled to be at work because he was moving incredibly slow. I got my shake last and it wasn’t the one I ordered. I was afraid maybe I got the wrong persons order, nope he just made the wrong one. This didn’t help him pick up the pace, it was still another 10 or so minutes before I got the right order. By the time I got mine, the rest of my group was long done with theirs so I had to hurry and drink mine to get back to work.Overall I would go again, but probably not super frequently.

Stopped by to eat before heading to the Skeleton Museum down the street, and was blown away at the speedy service, cool atmosphere, friendly staff and most importantly the FOOD IS INCREDIBLE. Tried a shake and the most delicious chilled cheese I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife has celiac and had heard about the GF options they have. Especially when it comes to a grilled cheese and GF bread is so small, they made 2 sandwiches and it counted as one. We both enjoyed our experience with the amazing customer service and the food tasted great!! I told my best friends about it and we are now planning to go back in a couple weeks for my birthday! Definitely a must try!

My wife and I tried Crimson Melt for the first time today. The staff was friendly and careful with my gluten free needs. I can’t wait to try another sandwich next time. Both of our sandwiches were AMAZING!

We went on Monday, buy one get one 1/2 off, didn't feel much better about it. Asked for suggestions as was our 1st time. We were recommended the "best settler" flying fortress and another favorite, the steam engine. The steam engine has no flavor, I added salt and ate it anyway. The flying fortress had chewey meat, what meat existed. We first pointed out the toughness of the meat and they hoped it was just that bite. After another, we opened it to see next to no meat at all.These are 12.49 and 11.99 sandwiches and nothing comes with it. These are glorified grilled cheese, yet was nothing glorious there. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for a sandwich at a better price with more substance and a side.For 2 sandwiches and 1 order of onion rings it was 28.99 and that was with one sandwich 1/2 off. Yes they refunded us 6.50 for the meatless brisket but we won't go there again.Overpriced and not worth it.I would have gladly paid that if the food was worth it.We were polite and never rude. I would expect a reply such as yours.Reading your responses to others with similar experience speaks volumes. Just say the customer was obnoxious and out of line.My partner did not eat his food, and since your quick to point out your cameras, review them and correct your response, my partner did not eat his and we were honest not rude.Wish we would have read reviews first.Enough said!
