Cookies are amazing. Don’t like that they do not accept cash. Don’t like that when you order, they automatically throw in a $3 Tip. I think that’s slimey bc I know older people don’t realize it even happened. Not cool. However other places doing it too I’m not gonna tip a computer screen.

The cookies are amazing but sometimes the app is hard to work with. For me, it would regularly default to a pick up location that I don't go to and that isn't near me.
Most the time it’s good but last time I went I got the wrong cookie

There was a Fly on one of the cookies, and hair in another one, my girl were there and they feel embarrassed to ask for another one. I'm pretty sure thay saw the fly. You can still see the fly legs on the cookie.
