100% one of the best experiences I have had at a new fast food restaurant. The workers were so kind and patient with helping us understand the menu! Great food!

People are SLEEPING on this place!
I was raised with Korean food, so I'm suspicious of a chain, but they started as a food truck in Utah in 2013, and they're growing, for good reason!!
The kimchi is good. Just classic cabbage, but that's enough. Great.
They have a 1-10 spice scale, and it is accurate. First place that has called my bluff since I started looking for a real 10.
I tried their special, which is the Krunch Bop. Chicken katsu with rice, glass noodle and cabbage. It's already big, and they pile you up if it's your first time. Free Mandoo(pot sticker) for being a first timer.🥰 Husband got the beef bop, which is bulgogi.
I love Korean food, and this place is awesome. We will be back.
Staff was super friendly, fast, and informative.🥰 Thanks, guys.
Vegetarian options: Gluten free options too.

We just had a to go order and the girl seemed as if she was training a new girl which was no issue at all I do want to say she took the time to explain everything to her new hire which was so nice to see. The WHOLE staff was incredibly sweet welcoming people. They made a first timer there really impressed!

I've been here once before and it was ok. I didnt know the spice levels real well, but thats on me. So I decided to take my wife there. The young woman who took my order looked like she would rather be anywhere else and the order gets placed and she disappears. Two other people waiting before me. Ok. Cool. Then seemingly out of nowhere, two other women come out of nowhere and start making orders.
This is where things went down hill. The take out orders ahead of us got their food, but all seemingly had to have a little meeting. They got asked if they wanted to substitute something for whatever they were out of. Finally she looks at my wife and I and shouts to the back "Did them people order?" And I knew this was going to be not great.
She walks over to us with the attitude of a trust fund baby who became CEO of a company she didn't want and asks if we want to wait 12 minutes for noodles or a refund. No offer of a substitution or anything. Wait or refund said in a tone that said please take the refund.
I say refund and she just leaves. Walks right to the back where the cashier is. The poor young woman at the counter is standing there like a deer in headlights. The cashier starts processing the refund and then says "that's 7 business days" and I haven't even been in the restaurant 10 minutes. So fair warning, if you're going in here past 7pm, ask what they have before you order, otherwise welcome to the show. I certainly know I won't be back!

TL,DR: Food is good but the wait made it not feel like it wasn't worth it.
The long review: I ordered in store for take out as I'm in town for work and wanted to just get back to my hotel and relax. My family was hyping this place up so my expectations were very high and I guess that's on me for not setting the bar lower? I ordered a combo cup with rock and krunch, level 2, and a small order of mandoo (pot stickers). The sauce that came with the pot stickers was great. It was the perfect amount of sweet and salty. I decided to eat the pot stickers right away because I know how quickly pot stickers can get cold so the fact they were cold before I even left the parking lot was very disappointing. For the cup. The sauce (level 2) was much spicier than I expected but it was still very good. I just wish there was more sauce to cover the rice, noodles, and cabbage. The meat was great. I really enjoyed the Rock.
My biggest complaint is that I waited a very long time and that the people who ordered after I'd already been sitting down waiting, who had a much larger order than mine, got their whole order before I got mine. The place was fairly busy, not packed but also not empty. When I arrived, there were several people waiting and a couple people in front of me. I placed my order at 6:51pm and did not receive my food until 7:36pm.
I think the issue is staffing. I saw one lady making food for customers in the front and one lady who was working in the back cooking. When she wasn't cooking, she came to the front to take a couple orders and then went back to the kitchen. I feel like if you're that backed up with orders, you should try to get the food out to customers who are waiting and then take new orders.
If I were local to this area, I would give them another chance because I know there's a possibility I got them on a bad day.

Cniyah and Karissa were amazing! Seon (older Asian) was rude and basically pushed them out of the way while prepping food.

This place just isn't it. I've gone back a few different times during different times of the day to make sure it wasn't just an issue with a certain time because it's okay if they can get your order correct. However, they only get your order right 1/5 times if you order online and it's honestly not even worth it at this point.

This was a flop. Soda was not cold, I ordered a bottle of Coke as part of the meal deal. The cups of food weren’t marked, they put the spicy sauce in the wrong cup, the Korean fried chicken was old, tough and rubbery. The katsu chicken was good but it would have been a lot better had they put the correct sauce in both cups and things were actually labeled as well as fresh.

Don't know how to cook rice. Sounds like cooking rice with not enough water. Bad food quality. Fried chicken is not crunchy. Some fried chicken with sauce and rice and glass noodles is such a bad deal.
