Didn't place an order the kids working there would not help me with that the pad, will not go back!!!
Cheap kid meal
Love the Cupbob special sauce!
Pitiful First off Employees yelling a definite turn off, food served warm, overpriced sides as the side of Kimshi is taxed. If this is to give you a a proud Korean authentic food experience it doesn't come close to & quite disappointing. I served 5 years in Korea ate off the carts at the markets & in the streets to some of its finest restaurants from Dongduchong to Daegu In the USA from LA to NYC down to Naples, Florida. Be prepared to add a tip which it wouldn't allow an opt out or leave cash. This is gonna be a flop. Wish you luck though! 2.5 stars on Google Bill K. Hangul nickname med-ah-chi
Amazing food and super friendly staff!
Young people work here. That's very understood. I ordered the rock with extra chicken. They gave me extra sauce instead( way too saucy). I went back to the get extra chicken I ordered, and it wasn't an issue and I appreciate that. It was too saucy and I couldn't enjoy it, but I didn't want to keep bothering the young people. So I just took my food to leave instead of eating there. I can go home and fix it.
Came in Friday evening for dinner, not too many people inside. We ordered at the screen and it took 20 minutes to receive our food. People who placed their ordered after us were receiving their food before us. Floors were incredibly sticky on the inside. Food was alright but definitely not worth the wait or bubble guts. We both ordered the combo bop which came with mandoos and a drink. Both of our fountain drinks tasted funny as well.
Good food

100% one of the best experiences I have had at a new fast food restaurant. The workers were so kind and patient with helping us understand the menu! Great food!

People are SLEEPING on this place!
I was raised with Korean food, so I'm suspicious of a chain, but they started as a food truck in Utah in 2013, and they're growing, for good reason!!
The kimchi is good. Just classic cabbage, but that's enough. Great.
They have a 1-10 spice scale, and it is accurate. First place that has called my bluff since I started looking for a real 10.
I tried their special, which is the Krunch Bop. Chicken katsu with rice, glass noodle and cabbage. It's already big, and they pile you up if it's your first time. Free Mandoo(pot sticker) for being a first timer.🥰 Husband got the beef bop, which is bulgogi.
I love Korean food, and this place is awesome. We will be back.
Staff was super friendly, fast, and informative.🥰 Thanks, guys.
Vegetarian options: Gluten free options too.

We just had a to go order and the girl seemed as if she was training a new girl which was no issue at all I do want to say she took the time to explain everything to her new hire which was so nice to see. The WHOLE staff was incredibly sweet welcoming people. They made a first timer there really impressed!

I've been here once before and it was ok. I didnt know the spice levels real well, but thats on me. So I decided to take my wife there. The young woman who took my order looked like she would rather be anywhere else and the order gets placed and she disappears. Two other people waiting before me. Ok. Cool. Then seemingly out of nowhere, two other women come out of nowhere and start making orders.
This is where things went down hill. The take out orders ahead of us got their food, but all seemingly had to have a little meeting. They got asked if they wanted to substitute something for whatever they were out of. Finally she looks at my wife and I and shouts to the back "Did them people order?" And I knew this was going to be not great.
She walks over to us with the attitude of a trust fund baby who became CEO of a company she didn't want and asks if we want to wait 12 minutes for noodles or a refund. No offer of a substitution or anything. Wait or refund said in a tone that said please take the refund.
I say refund and she just leaves. Walks right to the back where the cashier is. The poor young woman at the counter is standing there like a deer in headlights. The cashier starts processing the refund and then says "that's 7 business days" and I haven't even been in the restaurant 10 minutes. So fair warning, if you're going in here past 7pm, ask what they have before you order, otherwise welcome to the show. I certainly know I won't be back!
