I’ve ordered here a lot and picked up DoorDash and Uber eats orders from here and all I can say is your staff is unprofessional and talks about how they aren’t paid enough and telling customers how much they make an hour and how they are treated like dirt and that’s why they don’t work hard they said

Has anyone ever noticed that the hard shell tacos always taste stale and old?! I come here alot and the Tacos have a funny taste in my mouth, so I stopped buying them. And, my favorite thing to get is the Green Bean Burrito but ....They never make my Green Bean Burritos right. I always ask for extra green sauce and never get it. They charge me Extra but I never get it. The Green Bean Burrito is Always Extra Dry. They ask me, "do I want Green sauce on the side?" And, I always say, "No, put it on the Burrito please." But, Nobody listens when I say "Extra Extra Green Sauce." And, I won't ever order in the drive thru. They only get my order right when I walk inside and order face to face and demand my food to be made right. Oh And...Never order your food through Grub Hub. Everything was nasty and skimpy. So, I'm really not down to come here or any Del Taco restaurant in Oklahoma again. Food, Service and Employees are a 0 out of 10 for me.

Great mexican fast food at a very reasonable price. The staff is always polite and accommodating.
Wife ordered the crispy chicken tacos. Girl behind the register said absolutely nothing and rang up our order as we told her. Food comes out and my wife received 2 beef tacos and zero heads up about it. She heads back up to the counter and the girl behind the register looks at her and walks off. A guy from the back comes up and she tells him what she ordered and he just says oh well we are out of those. Never once at the register or even when the order went back were we notified. Absolutely unacceptable, substitutions without consulting the customer could lead to some potential medical situations.
