First time ordering from this location. Had points to redeem and got the parmesan bites. Got to the store to pick them up and there was absolutely nobody in the store, someone finally came inside didn't acknowledge me until he was done putting his bag up came out and asked if I had an order to pick up. I said yes and instead of my order being in the warmer it was just on one of the tables. Are one of the bites and they were doughy in the middle. Went back and told the guy what was wrong and he said "well the oven is the one that makes them not me but I can remake them but they may end up the same way". Really disappointed in the service here.

So I have lived in my home for over 3 years always have ordered from here and I just called to place and order for delivery and was informed that I am not in their delivery area. How has that changed in the last 6 months and two me why they can deliver to turtle lake area which is right across the street?? And also who ever the girl that answered the phone should be fired for her non customer service skills. You never do a little Snicker when on phone with customer unless you know the phone is in hold or hung up!!

I came here yesterday evening to order a pizza and as I was about to order, I got a message from my family about the toppings. I sat down at a table while I waited for their response. That’s when I looked around and noticed that the employees were goofing off then everyone started laughing, so I took a closer look. A female employee had some sort of candy in her mouth I believe gum she had stuck it out of her mouth and had it in between her fingers as she showed her coworkers.?? I was immediately disgusted! Although, her coworkers seem to think this was really funny and not one of them said anything to her. I continued to observe. Then not even a minute later she starts working on a online order touching the dough and other ingredients, all after she had committed that horrible act!??? STILL NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO HER!!!? Safe to say I did NOT order anything!!! I then went to ask for a manager and asked if they were the only manager working that evening. They said no that there was another manager also there and y’all went I tell you I was left speechless….. turns out the girl who had done that was a manager!!!! ? I did tell them what had happened and they said they were going to talk to her but a simple talk isn’t enough for this unethical behavior!! OLIVIA DO BETTER!!!!!!!! YOU ARE DISGUSTINGLY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

It's a busy location, being close to the high school and right off a busy street too. People are actually pretty friendly here, and I know they try to get orders right. It's a good Domino's tho, very family friendly with limited seating indoors.
Both of our pizzas had little to no sauce on them. And the least amount of cheese possible. The pizza was dry, and over cooked because most of the dough was exposed due to the lack of cheese and sauce. Very disappointed, I've never had this horrible of service here. I get it, it's labor day and we dont wanna be at work, but I had to work today too. You still have a job to do.
Order pizza and cheesy bread online to the Moore store. Waited for a confirmation email or text and did not receive anything. Finally checked my bank for the charges and the payment had been requested/made. Went to the store and stated that I had placed an online order which was received via my bank but had not received any notification on how long the order would take or a message indicating it was ready. I asked how long my order had been ready and they stated 20 minutes. I was offered a remake but declined due to the additional time required to make it. So I received a cold pizza. Thank you for your customer service (sarcasm here).
