Donuts were good. Not great but good. Late in the day so not that fresh however. Not complaining. I'll be back.
Placed an order for pickup at 6am and waited until 6:20 to realize the store was not open…

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately I forgot the employee's name, but she went out of her way Tuesday night, to ensure that I got the exact items I needed. It's, sadly, not a common occurrence for workers, especially food services workers, to go out of their way to accommodate customers. She did so with a cherry, kind demeanor. I like spending my money in places that treat you like you actually matter! Thank you kind lady!
This Location is 100% my favorite went in this morning and they were all amazing! Even with the terrible weather they were happy to get me my coffee. Keep up the great work!!

I love going to the Moore store. People are always friendly, the service is great. Everyone is always smiling. When you walk in you're greeted with good morning, a cute song, a high five. The Crew there really makes you feel like you stand out! Multiple food choices and flavors for your coffee 😋 they even have a Baskin Robbins!! Let’s not get started on the cappuccino blast and smoothies 🥰 the laughter and chatter of the crew makes for the warm and welcoming ambiance as you walk through the door. Just love, love, love this place!! Y’all keep up the good work 🤌🏻
every worker does an amazing job of keeping a conversation with customers and treating everyone with respect! always so lovely to see night and day crew 10/10 store!!

Horrible employees
This is the second time I have been to this location this week and have received nothing but disrespect and attitude from the staff. When I came by the first time I asked for a brown shaken espresso lite ice. I was immediately cut off and was told “nah. I can’t do that. It don’t come like that ” with an attitude I said okay. As I’m sure maybe she gets that question a lot and maybe she’s just frustrated. Then, she proceeds to tell me unless I went online a “built my own espresso…” I can’t do that. As I’m thinking she asks if that’s it. I said “that’s okay, I think I’m going to go somewhere else.” She said “bye.”
I have been to 4 other locations this week who have made me a brown sugar shaken espresso with lite ice. No problems.
I go back today to Moore Dunkin annd order some food and I ask for a brown sugar shaken espresso. I get told immediately they can’t do that. I told her I just was wondering why because other locations have. I got told they hav certain mixing lines.” I said “okay, never mind.” I’m trying to decide and she hurries me along and says “that’s it then just the bagel?” I said no that I was still deciding, she responds with “ooooookaaaayyy.” I tell them what i any and she said “with brown sugar?” I said no just a Carmel macchiato with toasted almond.” “Instead of the brown sugar espresso?” With an attitude. I said yes, I get to the front. I ask for a manager and she comes back with a younger girl who already has an attitude (not sure if it’s the girl I spoke to all the drive thru screen.). She asks “what’s the issue?”
I told her that I’ve come to this location twice this week and I told her about the brown sugar espresso. How a couple other locations do it. That it’s really not that they can’t make it, it’s the disrespect and attitude I’ve been given every time. I told her I’m not sure if that word is triggering because so many are asking it or what is going on but that I’m upset that both times I’ve come I’ve had nothing but an attitude from the people at the window. She says “welp. Sorry you’ve not had good service, we have mixing lines so.” Then, turns to the girl next to her asking her “why did you grab me?” At this point I’m assuming this girl is in fact not the manager and it’s the woman behind her on the phone. I said “that’s fine. If no one is going to speak to me about it, I’ll just write HR about it.” She said “you do that, good luck with that.” And stormed off so I spoke loudly for the manager to hear “this is exactly what I was speaking about. The disrespect in this establishment is out of control.”
I’ve never in my life have ever been treated like that at a drive thru let alone a Dunkin. This establishment has A HUGEZ attitude problem. No one wants to take accountability and it sounds like management is completely okay with the staff being disrespectful.
