Alex helped us in drive through this morning she was very friendly to us and went above and beyond she even gave our kiddo a little whipped cream cup it made her day brighter!! Thanks girl you’re rocking it!!

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. No one was in front of me, but when I pulled up to the speaker they told me to wait a moment. Five minutes later, still no one helped me. I finally pulled around to go inside, only to see a group of female employees laughing and joking with each other while there were no customers inside. They were willfully ignoring me, and to make matters worse, my order still wasn’t ready.

I had already waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru (after placing my order 5 minutes away from the store), and then I had to wait another 5 minutes inside, for one standard drink and two doughnuts. On top of all that, the drink was made incorrectly and tasted nasty. This group of employees clearly needs stronger leadership, because right now this place is completely out of control.

I needed help getting 18 chocolate hole to my daughter’s class for a project. It was an emergency (I had forgotten) and late in the morning. I called and the staff was helpful friendly and got me taken care of quickly. Thank you all so much! I couldn’t have made it happen without you.

Terrible experience, mainly due to the manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior. From the moment I approached to place an order, I was met with attitude—no greeting, no courtesy, just a clear lack of interest in helping. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the manager actually walked away mid-sentence, as if I was bothering them.
To make matters worse, the drink I received was completely wrong and obviously unmixed. When I politely tried to show them what the drink was supposed to look like—straight from the app—the manager cut me off and snapped, “That’s not how it’s supposed to be.” She at least did take the drink and added in the items missing .
It’s one thing for a staff member to have a bad day, but when the manager is the least professional person in the building, that’s a serious problem. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location unless they completely overhaul their customer service—starting at the top.

They got my order wrong and the manager told me I ordered it like that, “she heard over the intercom.” I had to argue with her for her to fix the order. I wasnt looking for free food just to bring my children home what they asked for. Unprofessional and will never come back.
