They said they were out of an item I ordered, which could very well be true, but then they claimed they couldn’t refund it and my only options were to choose something else of lesser value, nothing, or spend an hour+ getting the run around by calling corporate. This Dunkin' has pretty good coffee drinks and you end up paying less than at Starbucks or similar coffee places. Their cinnamon vanilla iced coffee and their hot lattes are great. The donuts are always good and not dry or old tasting.There is also a Baskin Robbins inside so lots of tasty ice cream options.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place

Never start DoorDash/Uber order until I arrive no matter when I arrive. Could be 10 mins late and they still refuse to make it until I arrive. Waste about 10+ mins every time. What is the point of ordering online when they refuse to make orders beforehand. Don't get paid enough to wait.

Out of hot tea. Asked for a small cup of water and was charged fifty cents. To exceed my expectations it should of been comped. Ordered sweet black bacon and the bacon was in the center. Please teach placement to be separated . Asked for cream for husbands coffee during the order process and there was none. Asking for some made the employee have to find some. Suggest having it near the coffee area. Thank you for the great donuts .
