This place has completely turned around, usually good food and service. The wait has been getting worse, I assume there are some new people training every now and again but a huge improvement since change of hands.

This place used to be great. Extremely slow service now though. 25 minutes to make one sub and I was the only customer in there on a Sunday afternoon. There were four employees working, and all of them were just staring off into space with completely vacant looks on their faces the whole time that I was in there. It was clear that none of them cared about their jobs at all. Many of the drinks in the fountain were unavailable too. Good chance that I never come back to this location.

One of my favorite sandwich shops. I got the hook and ladder on wheat, tasted great. The only problem with todays vist was the atmosphere. When i walked in and got the firehouse greeting, it felt extremely lack luster like none of them wanted to be there. This has not deterred me from going

Clearly this store is under new management, that is apparent. Today I ordered a sandwich for myself and my boyfriend, there were barely any customers in the store, and my sandwich was not even started on. Workers were looking around, it looked like there was nothing better to do than to make a sandwich, and that wasn't even happening. Instead a coworker was eavesdropping on myself and my boyfriend's conversation while he was asking me if I wanted chips, and she proceeded to say there was no chips on the receipt. I'm just trying to see if anyone asked this woman that question, and why she involved in our phone conversation??? ? A bag a chip is maybe what $2.00? Regardless the chips would've been purchased. But pretty pleaseeee, whoever management is, relay to your people to stay out of other folks conversations! Thanks ?Ps,When management was under Alicia Hughes, anyone who came through that door was greeted with a "10-12 Welcome to Firehouse", the team at this store is completely dull and may need some retraining.
Now that they have gotten their ducks in a row, I look forward to ordering from this location.My wallet will disagree (it’s still pricey), but I usually win the argument!

Ordered online to pickup. Took forever to get our order. When I asked about it, she hadn’t even started it. Was supposed to pickup at 2:25 it was not ready until 2:50. All we ordered was 3 sandwiches with one being a kids meal. Do not plan on returning to this location as the service was horrible.

The red sauce for the pepperoni pizza meatball sub was all down at one end. My husband said he did not like the sandwich. When he was almost finished he said he came upon the sauce and he liked it. I had tuna and it was moist and tasty.
