The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even followed up to make sure our food was tasty! The classic combo with a little cheeseburger and all the veggies was plenty of food! The food is more pricey than other fast food restaurants, but the quality is better and so is the staff. I liked being able to add cheese and all the veggies for no additional charge. The shakes are the same way, though we didn't try one on this visit.

I'm late putting this post up. I went in there for the first time at the first of the month, after shopping over at Costco. I believe the black gentleman was the manager. Very great customer service this man was very polite very nice I can't say enough about the people working in there... Two burgers and an order of cajun fries and it was awesome... Tasted like a hamburger!! Or should I say a real hamburger for the people with no common sense!!!!

I tried 5 guys for the first time today. Absolutely delicious and amazing! The whole staff were extremely helpful and super friendly! The restaurant was super clean and accommodating! I highly recommend it!

Why do places like this expect a tip, I placed my order at the counter and when they called my number I went up to get it. They did not do anything but cook my food. No small talk no extra service and bring it to my table since I was the only person in the restaurant at the time.

Really great hamburgers 🍔. You have to even get some fries with seasoning on them. Can't go wrong. Grab some peanuts 🥜 while you wait for the food. It doesn't take long to cook.
