Everything has gone downhill over the past couple of years. Slow service, food options keep getting shrunken. No greeter/host to begin with. It used to be lively before, but now the entire atmosphere has changed.

The food was good. But the place didn't have AC so it was super hot and uncomfortable. Floors were greasy and slippery. The front half of the restaurant smelled like sewer, from the bathrooms. Only 1 woman serving every table. It almost felt like we weren't welcomed. Recieved negative attitude asking for soy sauce and a refill on our drinks.

The service and food used to be great. I think they are under new ownership everything has changed including the food items. The worst part for me is they'll charge you eight dollars per person if the food you order is not finished but don't allow you to take it with you.

had reservation but table not ready for us and no one in restaurant. no refills of drinks. asked for vegetables and only 4 slices of zucchini, 1 slice onion, 3 slices of potatoes. for a party of 6, automatically added 18-20% gratuity and then receipt asks for gratuity- BEWARE

I have been here countless times by myself because I love Korean BBQ. I was turned away today when I came in because I was by myself. I could not eat there because it was just me. No joke.... I will be going to Maple Korean BBQ moving forward.

This place is horrible. First of all, their hours say they are open to 11pm. Well that’s a lie. We waited in line to be served at 9:17 pm and then once we’d waited more than 12 mins, we were told the kitchen closed at 9:30pm. When that didn’t work, we were told that they would seat us but there would be a bit of a wait and could only order like half the menu. We were never served anything and they kept putting us off until we were forced to leave. Won’t be returning.

I feel like this was the worst KBB place I have ever been at. The menu options for dinner were lack luster, they didn’t even have oil to keep the meets from sticking and to improved the cooking process, the sauce choices were weird for the meat selection they had. The staff was also super awkward the whole time, I felt rushed and ignored at the same time. We ended up having to mess with the temperature of our own grill multiple times. Had to ask for a new burner and I feel like they should be watching that. Over all, annoyed that Maple Korean BBQ was closed due to a power outage today.
Also. There is a goose that guards the door. He will snap at you. When we went to leave he came flying at us from across the parking lot. Staff seems unbothered about his presence.
