I proceeded to tell them who I was picking up for and they said okay and didn't make any attempt to start working on my order and went straight to helping the next customers in line. I was skipped over, ignored, and treated unfairly.

These people run a GREAT business. They open EARLY! Their donuts and baked goods are all fresh and awesome. They have great croissant sausage rolls and sausage and egg burritos. The staff is helpful and upbeat and kind. I love this place. 5 STARS!!!*****

I have visited this establishment several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The employees treated me fairly and efficiently, and I cannot express the store's aroma in mere human terms. I obtain donuts from here for my coworkers, and they enjoy them immensely.

Regarding @ Pedro Martinez review about rats I have personally worked here for a year and have been a customer before that for a few years and I have never seen as much as a rat dropping or any other trace of rats or mice. We did however have a bee problem earlier in summer that has since been handled! Lol ? Anyone who is concerned about this is welcome to see our kitchen at any time! Honey Bee general manager! ❣️

We love coming here , aside from the quality being great from the donuts to the food and drinks ; The customer service is amazing . I have yet to go here and have a bad experience since they opened years ago . Today in particular was over the top . I went to go get my daughter some donuts before getting her tooth pulled as a treat . When I got to the window and explained I wanted half a dozen mixed with at least 2 sprinkles , the lady smiled and said okay . I quickly explained why I was being specific and not only did we get at least 2 sprinkle donuts but she put together this box that is perfect for a little princess as a treat . Honey bee has kept our business and will continue to do so . Thank you!- From one happy momma and a very happy little girl
