Not only did they not have enough food to fulfill our order. The southwest salad I received was pathetic. It had no sauce and hardly any salad.

I love going to this Jack in the box every time I go the food is always fresh good and delicious shout out to Jonathan white who has very great hospitality he gives me extra taco sauce when I ordered 10 tacos he gives me extra jelly when I order 12 breakfast sandwiches and I would definitely recommend this Jack in the box to my family and friends because the restaurant is always clean the hospitality is always friendly and the food is always fresh and hot thank you so much for allowing my lunch and my dinner to be awesome.

In the afternoons this place is fine, but for some reason the morning staff has an issue waking up and getting to work on time. The store is supposed to open at 6 am but it's now 7:40 and there's no one here. This isn't the first time I've come to the store with no one around. I'm not even trying to order food I'm trying to take delivery orders. Imagine getting out of bed and driving out here to a closed store when it should be open. Not only is this wasting my time but affecting my money. Do better morning staff and management.

It’s crazy how differently you are treated once they realize you are not a customer but a door dasher. Customer service goes out the drive thru window disappointing

Didn’t think it was possible to be worse than the jack n the box on the southside, but this one takes the cake. Not only are they extremely rude, it takes FOREVER for them to complete an order. Do yourself a favor and avoid this fast food place at all cost.
Took too long to even get to place our order and we left im just hoping the reason for the wait was due to being short staffed... But idk just know they need to do better we were so EXCITED 2 of our kids hadn't ever tried their food ?

I accidentally placed my online order at the wrong location. The manager at the Jack in the Box on 19th in Moore was awesome. She took care of it immediately. I usually always go to this location and this is why. Jasmine and the staff was awesome. Thank you

I ordered the buttery jack and it shows tomato, lettuce on the picture but it didn't come with that and the burger was an inch and half thick while the picture shows it being 3 and half inches thick. That's false advertisement. Also i didn't know the butter was bacon butter so i intentionally violated God's law by eating pig. Next time notify the customer the butter is bacon butter. I was going to give 2 stars but im going to give it one. The only thing i can say is positive is the service was good.
The food sucks. Smells like fryer oil when you get in. It's hot and food is no good.
