Always fast & friendly service at this location. They have a reward points system you can sign up for and also have specials throughout the week, such as free chips and drink on Wednesday etc... I eat here (order to-go through their app) at least 3 times a month.

second time we have ordered from this location and it was totally messed up or not done as the sandwich should. wife ordered a club but employees once more were not trained to put bacon on a club I ordered a chicken ranch and received mashed chicken instead of chunk chicken as it has been before. last time for jerseys mike

I’ve only ever had jersey mikes through catering until this Saturday. My boyfriend wanted to come here for dinner and was telling me he knew I would like it, he was correct. I ordered a regular big kahuna cheese steak. I tried to get the rosemary parm bread but they were completely out unfortunately. My sandwich was still delicious. My boyfriend ordered the giant bacon ranch chicken cheese steak, ate the whole thing. I love that they have the Miss Vickie’s kettle cooked chips. I got the salt & vinegar and he got the jalapeño ones. I would definitely come back. Inside of restaurant was also pretty clean, even at the end of the day.
The staff here don’t seem to listen to understand, they listen just to respond. Instead of letting me finish my order, they were more focused on following the “steps of service” than actually hearing what I wanted. When I was asked about whether I wanted it “Mike’s Way,” and tried to clarify, I was met with attitude. If the employee had just let me finish my sentence instead of cutting me off, they would’ve heard that I didn’t want it that way.
On top of that, the cleanliness of the space could’ve been better. The lettuce looked brown and wilted, and the onions were stringy and unappetizing. Also disappointing, this location doesn’t carry the Black Cherry soda in a can, which is one of my favorites. At least I was given fresh bacon because the bacon panned up was burnt.
All in all, not worth coming back.

I called and spoke with David about an order from Uber eats that was completely wrong, David had everything ready to replace my order, but I live closer to the south OKC location, David transfered my replacement order to the south location, I will forever be a jersey mikes customer not only because they have amazing food, but the level.if customer service is unprecedented, kudos to Jersey Mikes for hiring such a respectful team of employees, I never hear about great customer service but you guys nailed it! Thank you for all your help.

It use to be good this is the second time I was in there with bad sandwiches as I'm watching this man drenched my sandwich with oil just oil second time so if you want loose stool I would not eat here and the price is crazy
