The staff here don’t seem to listen to understand, they listen just to respond. Instead of letting me finish my order, they were more focused on following the “steps of service” than actually hearing what I wanted. When I was asked about whether I wanted it “Mike’s Way,” and tried to clarify, I was met with attitude. If the employee had just let me finish my sentence instead of cutting me off, they would’ve heard that I didn’t want it that way.
On top of that, the cleanliness of the space could’ve been better. The lettuce looked brown and wilted, and the onions were stringy and unappetizing. Also disappointing, this location doesn’t carry the Black Cherry soda in a can, which is one of my favorites. At least I was given fresh bacon because the bacon panned up was burnt.
All in all, not worth coming back.

I called and spoke with David about an order from Uber eats that was completely wrong, David had everything ready to replace my order, but I live closer to the south OKC location, David transfered my replacement order to the south location, I will forever be a jersey mikes customer not only because they have amazing food, but the level.if customer service is unprecedented, kudos to Jersey Mikes for hiring such a respectful team of employees, I never hear about great customer service but you guys nailed it! Thank you for all your help.

It use to be good this is the second time I was in there with bad sandwiches as I'm watching this man drenched my sandwich with oil just oil second time so if you want loose stool I would not eat here and the price is crazy

Always been a good experience till I come in on a Sunday in Moore OK. Worst sandwich I've have ever had from there. I drove from blanchard ok to moore , ordered a chicken big kahuna and got a typical beef cheese steak which is still good but not on Sundays. I threw it away. Always awesome to find out after you drive 20 miles

As a vegan, I really love this location. The staff are nice. They make sure to change their gloves and clean the machine off to avoid cross contamination (and I didn’t ask). The veggie sandwich (without cheese) is delicious. I love the vinegar and oil!

My family and I went for lunch so there were quite a few people there. Granted, we had 5 sandwiches but it took forever and we were not communicated to very well. We sat down to wait and our sandwiches sat at the counter for a bit until someone finally told us they were ready. Everything was delicious, though!
