That sandwich was the best. Jersey Mikes is so good. Employees were friendly and fast. And I don’t know how that bacon is so perfectly crispy every time but I love it. Even ordered 2 extra strips just to eat. The brownie was really good too, as well as the root beer. I LOVE IT!

Stood in line while no one else was in the restaurant for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, all the while 3 employees were talking amongst themselves and ignoring me. Finally got my order in and then stood there for another 15 minutes while employees stood there talking in front of the toppings station. Once I got to the check out desk, employee left multiple times to hand out mobile orders to people who came in after me while in the middle of checking out, instead of just running my transaction that would take less than 30 seconds

Went in today and the AC was broken. It was absolutely miserable hot in there. The employees were working their butts off and had good attitudes even in the really bad conditions. Hopefully the manager sees this and gives them props for their hard work.

Yesterday went to Jersey Mike’s in Moore and the A/C was out. It was hotter in the store than outside and it was 98 outside!! Not thinking I bought my sandwich and went home to eat it. The first bite the sandwich was warm and I immediately thought about the Mayo and food being in that heat all day! Not wanting food poisoning I threw the sandwich away and ate something else. Those poor employees were so hot I’m surprised they didn’t walk off the job. Those were absolutely horrible working conditions!!! That store should not have been open at all.
