Price has gotten incredibly high for a sandwich. Got my kids a little John combo. It was $10 for a slice of turkey lettuce and tomatoes on a breadstick. They also do not even give you a pickle spear with your sandwich anymore and want $2 for a pickle spear. Won’t be back.

Ordered online for pick up, got the Jimmy Cubano. Was ready quickly, however my sandwich was awful. Got it toasted, had no mayo, mustard, or pickle! Basically just toasted ham, bacon, and cheese sandwich. I ate half, threw the other half away.

Zero avocado spread on the #6 veggie. Don't know where else to report this. Three dollars for extra is extreme. Please do better, it's a veggie sandwich.

So they can make your food wrong and give you wraps that you can't eat because they're so bad. Then they have TWO people tell you that you can get a refund for those items if you call back the next day. You do call back the next day and they say you know what, never mind, we don't give refunds! Then they offer you a credit only for their restaurant. After all that BS, who would want that? I don't! I will never eat there ever again! Which is probably a blessing for both parties involved. There are better sandwich places that exist that actually CARE about giving out good edible food AND their customer's satisfaction.

This is the best Jimmy John's we have eaten at. The food was amazing and restaurant was super clean. Decent parking and easy to see from main road.

I've been here a couple times now. I do not recommend it. I guarantee you could make better sandwiches at home. These are quite flavorless. Nothing about these sandwiches stick out. The bread is bland, I can't even taste the oil and vinegar they allegedly put on them. When the mayo that I asked to be removed is the most flavorful part of the sandwich, you know it's dull. I thought the Jimmy peppers might add some flavor but they just didn't put them on my sandwich even though it was a listed ingredient of the sandwich I ordered.
Save yourself some money and get some sandwich ingredients at the grocery store.
I almost forgot to add, they weren't even fast. That's their biggest marketing slogan.

I've tried two different sandwhiches and they both didn't have great quality and tasted like nothing special, but that's besides the point, tell me why I paid extra for the Large Fountain Drink, and after I took 4 sips it was gone... I opened my cup to see the ice was filled to the top of the cup... like do the workers hate customers because all I wanted was some Dr Pepper and I'm so sad

I usually order their original combo online and it is not ever over $11.50. I decided to do drive thru today and I couldnt believe the same exact combo I always order was $14! Talked to a manager and he Informed me the price went up because of new toasted sandwiches ? That $14 is outrageous for a sandwich, little half filled bag of chips and drink. I order from this store as much as four times a week and now I will choose somewhere different. 👍

Unfortunately neither sandwich was great. They had way too much sauce (which was too sweet) and the bread wasn’t fresh which was disappointing. We’ve ordered from here before and it was just average then as well.
