The service is always friendly and fast (whether I do delivery or carryout). The sandwiches are on point. The management and employees seem to really care about the customer experience and doing things the right way - consistently - which is increasingly rare among chain restaurants these days!

Got a little John today but boy did they really go little on me! I didn’t even get a slice of turkey just small pieces, felt like I was eating bread with lettuce. Too bad I was on my lunch break so I did not have time to go back and complain.

We ordered subs from here tonight. Did delivery. This was our first time to do a delivery from here. I literally live 0.8 miles from the store. Our food was made (got a notification on my phone) then 30 minutes later got to our house. 30 min?!?! Our food was soggy, NOT FRESH like the website promises, and warm. So disappointing. Management, please get back with me on this.

This Location can’t seem to get our order right most of the time. This time I added cheese and was charged for it but got home and there was no cheese on my sandwich. The individual making the sandwich was too worried about making my sandwich and having it to me before I was finished paying for it than making sure it was right.

The in store ordering was closed, though doors were open. Staff insisted I go through the drive-thru. Drove across town to find they made my unwich wrong. I know the young lady understood. The order was proper on my receipt, and she read it back to me. Soooo frustrated since I had to throw it away due to allergies!
