Food was amazing, I’m guessing it was the manager who took my order, he was a tall skinny man, Anywhos he was amazing and satisfied me and my friend. Our food was nice and fresh and everything was amazing! 10/10 do recommend. Excellent customer service and amazing food!

as a doordasher, I purposefully avoid going to this kfc, the several times I chose to pick up from here I’ve had 30+ minute wait times, the employees seem like they are purposefully avoid everyone in the lobby. there were 3 workers I saw today, two on drive thru and one cooking, neither of the two were taking responsibility of the lobby, the people waiting spoke up 3-4 times I was there asking if anyone was working the counter. they would finally get there food and something was missing so it would take 5-10 minutes for them to come back again and ask what they needed AGAIN. very unattentive, poor customer service, one customer said “is anyone working up here, this girl has an order shes been waiting forever for” and the employee says “I don't know I was in the back, I didn’t know she had an order” like huh? just worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and I wasn’t even able to eat the food, I was waiting for someone else's food. not to mention the guy in front of me was waiting on a pick up, they don’t ask at all who's picking up or ordering, so the guy was waiting foreverr and his food was already ready behind the counter in the pick up slot. and of course he checks his food and something is missing. never picking up there again.

No wonder this place is below 3 stars! Attempted to try and order food at 9:52pm. I always check online to see when an establishment closes to make sure I’m not encroaching upon their closing cleanup times! Pulled up and they’re already shutting everything down preparing to close! They didn’t have enough poultry and didn’t plan on making any for the remainder of the night being they were closing soon but the website says 11pm! Horrible customer service always ruin reputation of great businesses

I placed my order in the drive-thru and had to repeat it three times to three different people because the first woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and kept interrupting me. When I pulled up to the window to pay, she shouted my total at me, then slammed the window shut as I was reaching for my money. She walked away and left me waiting for nearly five minutes before someone else came to the window, repeated my entire order again, and finally took my payment. I never received a receipt or my change.
To make matters worse, I didn’t get the sauces I asked for either. I drove back around and went inside, only to witness the same employee arguing with the manager and cursing at him in front of customers. Completely unprofessional.
The only positive part of this visit was a polite, light-skinned girl inside who kindly got me the sauces I originally asked for. At that point, I didn’t even bother asking for my change back — they clearly had enough chaos going on.
This location is a mess. Poor service, rude staff, and zero accountability. I do not recommend going here.

i came inside to order. Now i'm aware and okay that drive through takes some precedence over inside orders. we did not order anything special. we have now waited 16 minutes for a famous bowl and a 2 piece chicken and waffles and two biscuts. i have counted after a few minute wait 11 cars that came and went from the window. it's atrocious no one has said sorry we are behind. i'm not a grumpy guy but dude this is insane. update we're at 20 mins and manager at least said sorry on wait and offered a free drink for the wait. Still i could have got a sit down meal almost this fast. KFC not fast food not even fast casual unless you stick to the drive through.

if i could give 0 star i would. been waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes and every time i said “hello” the guy says “hold on i have orders that are holding for 30 minutes” there is nobody in the drive through nor is there anyone outside. the guy is rude and i shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for my order to be taken. keep in mind it’s been 40 minutes and im still waiting for my order to be taken.
