Arrived when it said my order was ready. Had to wait another fifteen minutes before it was ready.Kids were goofing off, they left out a side and my fry container was half empty. Apparently, there's no way to complain in the app. Or to get a refund.

At 12:30 today they had a 40 minute wait for chicken. How are you not prepared for Sunday lunches? No thank you. I went next door to Grandy's. They were ready for the Sunday lunch.

Ordered a hour and half before for pick up, I get there and they say they can’t make my order due do morning crew not setting out chicken as the tenders are frozen.They could have stopped any orders from coming through or called to let us know. Very bad customer service and I hope management gets a grip on that, it’s going cost the store a lot of money.

I want to give a shout out to the crew on 12th street in Moore, Oklahoma. This is the best crew I've dealt with in a long time. Last couple times I've been there they have been great. So friendly. They work together as a team. My son has a meat allergy, Alpha Gal. Can't even have milk products. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate him. I'll continue to eat there as long as that crew remains. Hats off!!

This location always always always messes up our order. We even waited a good 6 months before returning and the same experience happened. I love KFC, and just want a good meal from them

Probably the worse kfc in Oklahoma. They messed up the entire order, forgot my fries, don’t have the drink advertised on site. No one came to greet for 5 minutes.

I ordered ahead for 6:30 for a reason got here at 6:45 and order still wasn't ready how can you charge someone so much damn money for food and they can't have it ready . One of employees kids was running throwing him self down on they floor horrible place

Ordered a family meal, chicken was extremely raw and bloody and the macaroni and cheese had hair in it...
Manager on duty said it would be a 20 min wait for dark meat so I agreed to wait. After 25 mins I asked about the chicken and she told me it would be 12 more mins. She didn’t offer me a discount or a drink. I asked her if I could have a drink while I wait for the inconvenience and she said yes then a young man offer me a complimentary cake.

Always have to wait when mobile ordering but tonight is the straw that broke the camels back I was told my order was ready then when I came to pick it up. it was apparently given for other orders. Then i was told I’m supposed to wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken… whats the point in mobile ordering and waiting till your food is ready to go pick it up if it’s never ready. mine as well just go through the drive thru. I frequent this store often and the accuracy of my order is 50-50. Was coming to this location out of convenience but will just take my business to the one off western until this store manager is fired…. Ps I ended up waiting over 40 minutes

Would be 0 if possible. Came here the night of 12/22/24, I put an online order for 2 chicken sandwiches, I got 2 honey bbq and instead got 2 buffalo. I came back and politely asked if I can get it fixed and told me they don’t sell bbq flavor anymore, however, I got one earlier that day, they told me I would have to wait for it and it would take an hour, which they closed in 45 minutes. The names she gave me was Yunis and the manager Jared. Unacceptable and will not be returning anytime soon
