This place needs help. Ordered 12 piece meal w/no thighs. Not only did we have to wait 20 min for our order but we got 6 thighs. Also ordered one mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, and Mac and cheese. Guess what we got? 3 mashed potato’s. We were told they burnt the biscuits therefore offering a cake. Also said they were out of Mac and cheese which was the reason for mashed potatoes. But no Cole slaw. I wasted $35 at this place. Disappointing.

Just wanted hot food on cold day. Got a potpie. Can't do better at grocery store. Hot, happy, comfort food on cold day so I can KFC, Keep From Cookin! Service was friendly but the restaurant was frigid, like you weren't welcome. Bathroom door was broken, staff laughed a gentleman who was interrupted doing his business. Should have been little more apologetic and had a sign to advise of problem as warning. Staff nice to me, graded accordingly. Had I been the gentleman, would have given minus 3.

Food was amazing, I’m guessing it was the manager who took my order, he was a tall skinny man, Anywhos he was amazing and satisfied me and my friend. Our food was nice and fresh and everything was amazing! 10/10 do recommend. Excellent customer service and amazing food!

as a doordasher, I purposefully avoid going to this kfc, the several times I chose to pick up from here I’ve had 30+ minute wait times, the employees seem like they are purposefully avoid everyone in the lobby. there were 3 workers I saw today, two on drive thru and one cooking, neither of the two were taking responsibility of the lobby, the people waiting spoke up 3-4 times I was there asking if anyone was working the counter. they would finally get there food and something was missing so it would take 5-10 minutes for them to come back again and ask what they needed AGAIN. very unattentive, poor customer service, one customer said “is anyone working up here, this girl has an order shes been waiting forever for” and the employee says “I don't know I was in the back, I didn’t know she had an order” like huh? just worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and I wasn’t even able to eat the food, I was waiting for someone else's food. not to mention the guy in front of me was waiting on a pick up, they don’t ask at all who's picking up or ordering, so the guy was waiting foreverr and his food was already ready behind the counter in the pick up slot. and of course he checks his food and something is missing. never picking up there again.

No wonder this place is below 3 stars! Attempted to try and order food at 9:52pm. I always check online to see when an establishment closes to make sure I’m not encroaching upon their closing cleanup times! Pulled up and they’re already shutting everything down preparing to close! They didn’t have enough poultry and didn’t plan on making any for the remainder of the night being they were closing soon but the website says 11pm! Horrible customer service always ruin reputation of great businesses

I will NEVER purchase from this shop again! They get my order wrong every single time! Ordered unsweetened tea, got it sweet. Ordered extra crispy chicken got original. When your prices are astronmically high you really should have good service. NEVER AGAIN

Air conditioner wasn't working and it was almost unbearable!!! Customer service and food were awesome though!!! Felt so sorry for the employees having to work in those conditions!!!!
