I order puffs and a 20oz drink for lunch, after waiting an initial 15min, I get to the location when my order was supposed to be finished. Only to find out they hadn't even put my order in the oven yet! They forgot! I wasted so much of my lunch time waiting for them to get right. Don't have this problem at Mazzios or Domino's. Guess I'll be going there next time.

Waited 30 mins for 1 pepperoni pizza. Had about 4 workers, they were decently busy while other customers were coming and going with their orders and others waiting longer than me for 45 mins. When we finally got it, it was cold.

Came by to try to get a quick lunch and since I only get a 30 min lunch. They only got 1 person working the whole place! Try to get some reliable people to come in your work next time. If you're short handed, at least come to a stopping point and help the customer.

Was just there today 2-6-25 at around 5:45 pm. I came through the drive-through and waited at the window for quite some time. No one showed up. I rang the service bell that’s there and designed for this very thing. The rude young lady came to the door and said with an attitude “ we will be with you in a little bit”
She rolled her eyes and looked extremely put out that I would ring the doorbell. I came inside the store to ask her if there’s an issue and she said she took issue with the fact that I rang the doorbell and didn’t wait. Worst customer service ever! Managers and owners beware of this young lady and fire her immediately. Reach out if you have any questions. I also have a video if you want it.

Worse little Caesar’s ever! Bad customer service and who charges for the garlic butter and parmesan?? Every other store don’t charge because they said it was losing business but this store wow. If you see this review please take my word and don’t go here. They’re just a bunch of scammers and ik because I have family and friends working in other little Caesar’s, and they don’t even charge and they’re better listeners.

Since when has "All Over" cost $1.65? Ever heard of "Give them the pickle"? Here's the result - Don't go there. The service sucks. It's the ONLY LC I've been to where they charge extra for making their pizza tolerable past day 1.
