Ordered online at 6:45 - one large cheese pizza, crazy bread, Italian cheesy bread, and 2 marinara sauces. I tracked the order and at 6:52 it said it was in the oven and it would be ready between 7:10-7:15. I went through the drive-thru at 7 and they said it would be a 5-10 min wait and to park and they’d bring it out. We waited until 7:15 which was no issue but went in at 7:20 to check on an update and they didn’t get to it until 7:25. We did not get out stuff until 7:35 and they didn’t even give us the marinara sauces that were $2. I understand there were people who had also waited over an hour around us and a couple received refunds and left. There were 3 workers and the manager seemed all over the place and disorganized.

I placed an order online for pick up at this location and when we went to pick it up they tried to tell us they didn't have an order under that name. After verifying we did in fact order there, they continued on that someone had actually already picked up that order. After speaking with the manager she begrudgingly remade our order. Multiple comments were made that this order was already picked up and that's why it wasn't there. When I looked at my portal it showed it was picked up 4 minutes after I placed the order. I think employees are lying or not paying close enough attention, but the audacity to try and act like we were lying was unacceptable. When we did receive the pizza, it was cut so ridiculously that one slice was a quarter of the pizza. Very unprofessional.

Do not ever go here … waiting an hour for my entire order just for me to receive my food as cold as can be . Overall if you craving for pizza go ahead and head to Santa Fe .

I'm not quite sure why Little Caesars always advertises that pizzas are hot and ready between certain hours. Every time I've ever showed up during those hours literally every time I've had to wait on a pizza to be made because they don't have them hot and ready. This is false advertising. And poor service.

If it was possible to put zero stars or minus I would I'm so disappointed stopped to get my kids dinner last minute and I was asked if I would be able to wait 30 minutes so I did and this is the pizza I got ! Half of every Pizza is raw $47 in the trash
Don’t come here unless you wanna sit in line for 20 minutes just for the car in front of you to get one pizza. Also you’re waiting that long just to get a hard dry pizza. They suck.

This is probably one of the worst little Caesars locations in the metro. Like today I ordered a simple pretzel crust pizza and crazy bread. I get there and young man in a bucket hat has an attitude. Who know could have had angry customers before me. I get my order and drive home. My fault I didn’t check it. Open the pizza up when I get home and it’s a regular pizza made with cheese sauce no salt no nothing. Take it back same dude same attitude takes it to the back squirts butter on it and tosses salt in the box. I would have spoke with the manager on duty but he was busy on his phone walking in and out of the building in a serious conversation. This one is convenient to go to but it pretty much has bad service or food every time. Today I was blessed with both. lol oh well my kid still scarfed it down.
