This location has to have the worst customer service EVER!! The last 3 times I've ordered from here I've attempted to call and place my order so I can pay cash when I pick up, they NEVER like to answer the phone. All 3 times I've mentioned them not answering when I get there and they use a different excuse every time. This time I ordered online they don't even get my pizza correct and of course no answer when I call to try and get it fixed. I'm definitely done doing business with these people it's ridiculous how bad the customer service is here!

Worst little ceasers ever, and that’s saying something! Bottom of pizza was so burnt it was black and inedible, almost no cheese on it! And when I came in and asked what was hot and ready they rolled their eyes and acted pissed that they had a customer and actually had to do their job… it’s not hard to make pizza guys, I’m an aircraft mechanic now, but I did it for years! What a bunch of worthless slacker jokes.

I believe This is the worst little caesar!!!! I called ahead to get a fresh pizza with light sauce, they were not busy at all I pulled up they gave me a pizza that had probably been sitting there all morning when I got home and realized this I drove all the way back to get a fresh one but they never even offered to remake one they just gave me my money back and said go on I was like wow and this is not the first issue of ordering with them it seems they never can get a order right,,last time at this location

The girl working is rude. Says outloud to her trainee that she doesn't care about the customers in line, he's new and the customers can either wait or go somewhere else. When she finally comes up front, she didn't ask who was next.. just helped a woman who had barely walked in. Guess who went somehwere else? Me. I did. She also had the phone off the hook.Business owner should get rid of her and hire 3 new people with common sense and decency, probably profit more.

As far as customer service goes: this is the best little Caesars in the metro. The atmosphere? It's a little Caesars.... The food? It's cheap and makes you not hungry..... But that's why you come here...feed a bunch of kids for cheap.

Ordered online. i get there and they couldn't find my order. I look up my order number and show them they then tell me they didn't make it .ill have to wait another twenty minutes. Then he finally brings out my pizza but is missing my crazy bread. I had to go in to get that. Once home the pizza wasnt even completely cooked. You could see the cheese on top of the pizza wasn't even melted. I was very disappointed in the service i received. I know everyone gets busy but once you mess up don't continue to mess up. I had to re-cook two of the 4 pizzas i ordered.
