Just walked out. I took my little daughter there. We were there about 12 minutes. We had no acknowledgment from the staff that we existed so we left. We walked over to Gogo Sushi and had a much better experience. Louie’s can suck it.

Manager was great for service however our waiter not so much. He seemed to hide from us. 1st beers he brought us were not Ice cold as they had probably been sitting out at bar for over 10 minutes, since he first put our order in and we had to flag him down when we eventually saw him to remind him we had ordered beer. Refills didn't come and after about 10 minutes we flagged down the manager to get our food and drinks delivered. Overall a great place to watch the game if you get any of the other wait staff who seemed to be great. Tables that ordered way after us got their stuff way before we did. I would give the place another chance to see if we got better service.

Louie's offers great food with gluten-free options at reasonable prices. Customer service is priority and the food is served warm and it's always delicious. We love the atmosphere and the bartenders, servers, and cooks are the best.
The manager was super nice. She was walking around checking tables and making sure everything was great. Very tentative and communicable.

We went today 2/23/25 around 3:30pm. All 4 of us in our party ordered pizza. Mine was burnt. They made me a new pizza, but by the time it was done everyone had finished eating. The manager delivered it to the table and told me he was giving me a 50% discount on the pizza. I told him thank you because everyone at my table is done and ready to go now. I asked for a box. Well, I just decided to eat a couple slices of my discounted pizza. No sauce. Completely dry. First and last time I'll ever eat that this Louie's. The only thing great about it was our waitress.
