We get take out about once a month and normally always choose Chili’s or Applebee’s. Tonight we decided on Louie’s and will probably never go back to the others. When I got home, the order was all there! The food was absolutely delicious! They had added silverware and plenty of napkins, even packets of peppers and cheese for the pizza. Online order process was easy and they brought it out to my car when it was ready. It was a very good experience and we will be going back!
Manager was great for service however our waiter not so much. He seemed to hide from us. 1st beers he brought us were not Ice cold as they had probably been sitting out at bar for over 10 minutes, since he first put our order in and we had to flag him down when we eventually saw him to remind him we had ordered beer. Refills didn't come and after about 10 minutes we flagged down the manager to get our food and drinks delivered. Overall a great place to watch the game if...
Louie's offers great food with gluten-free options at reasonable prices. Customer service is priority and the food is served warm and it's always delicious. We love the atmosphere and the bartenders, servers, and cooks are the best.
