The Marcos in Moore used to be top notch but when they got a new GM it all went down hill. I can tell because the food and service got terrible ever since she started. The wait time can be anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hrs. Only 2 employees ever did anything that I could see, the others would just be standing around, talking and laughing. They are always short on staff so everybody's running everywhere. A lot of the employees seem unexpearinced. And I have found moldy cheese on my pizza. They don't seem to care about there positions or the company.

literally just ordered, missing sauces, pizza toppings looked like they were thrown on the pizza on one side, missing toppings that were ordered, marcos is using door dash as their drivers and cant get the address right.

The pizza I've had from here has been good. Sometimes it took a little longer than expected but not too often. I strongly dislike trying to order. Whether you want to order online or call it in their system asks too many questions. I just want to see a menu and not be hassled about a password that isn't "strong enough". Usually I just lose patience and eat something or somewhere else.

We just wanted pizza for the Tyson fight bro...bread, cheese, sauce and some pepperoni smh. I ordered online at 6:36, the order was supposed to be done @ 7:21. We walked in to pick our order up and was met with chaos. No one knew what was going on, the dude at the front counter looked dazed and confused. We waited until 7:45 and finally canceled the order. Folks in this joint looked like they never worked a day their lives.

Food came 50 minutes late, when I called about 20/30 ish minutes into it being late got told there was a double order or something. Wanna know the craziest part. Its an 8 minute trip and the pizza only takes 15-19 minutes to make and box.Food is great and all but really 50 minutes lmao.
