Typically we go to the Mazzio’s off of 19th street in Moore but decided to go to the one on twelfth street to avoid everyone out doing last minute Christmas shopping. There was a birthday party and it got quite busy around the time we went. Despite this the staff was friendly and the restaurant was relatively clean. Cole was our cashier and he was polite and efficient and patient. We were quoted a wait of 30-35 minutes but received our order in 20. Food was hot and the salad bar was great.

Placed an order at 6:30pm, it’s 9pm and I’ve been promised 4 different times it’s on it’s way. Drove to the store to pick up order at 8pm and was told the driver had already left with the order. Have been placed on hold for over an hour on the order/customer service line. I will definitely never be ordering from Mazzio’s again. ✌🏼

So slow. Called in a an order. Arrived 20min after the order. Still waiting another 25 minutes later. Pizzas still haven’t been finished. Waiting as patiently as I can. Other Upset customers here as well

Ordered a pizza online to be delivered. Medium pizza, 3 toppings, nothing special. Order was placed at 7:00 pm. Email received afterwards saying delivery should be expected in 40 to 50 minutes. About 8:10 I called Mazzios to ask about the pizza, since it had not arrived yet. They knocked half off of the price, and told me to expect it in 10 minutes. At 8:45, still no pizza. I called again, they said it was out with the driver. Pizza finally arrived at 9:04, so over 2 hours for a pizza delivery.

So I will say the service was fine. The bald guy was really nice, but the food!!! The food was awful. It tasted like it was cooked set out for a minute then microwaved then put in a box. Y’all changed your ranch it now taste like Kraft. Truly disappointed in this place I wish it was the 90’s mazzios.

Order was placed before 6:40pm, food did not arrive until after 8:15pm. Food was not good. Everything had a funny taste, spaghetti was cold. The only thing good was bottled drinks. I should have stuck to Dominoes and Pizza Hut, they deliver quick every time.

I ordered through mazzio's tonight for dinner because we wanted the pizza got the pizza and it was cold the breadsticks did not taste right and the cinnamon sticks had way too much butter on them and I ordered the chicken and it didn't come the way I wanted it I got sick from it and this is not the first time.

So I haven't dined in yet but I have ordered takeout and each time it was perfect with no problems also I only had 100z and the delivery driver didn't have change and took it to the store and brought back my change the food was also perfect and fresh would definitely recommend to anyone in the moore area looking for good pizza or calizone wings breadsticks the works come on people you know so don't miss out on this location and food !!
