Ordered online for the first time. Asked for co tactless delivery, delivery person said they knocked and got no answer so left. No one knocked. Had to wait over an hour for a pizza and calzone and I paid 34$ for it. Negative first experience won’t be ordering again

Nobody ordered a burnt pizza that we couldn't even bite through or three pepper STEMS in their wilted salad!! Really Mazzios!!!! Do better or just don't (close)!!!!!!
Ps...I worked at Mazzios several years ago I know their standards and this is not it!!! SMDH 🤢🤮

The 12th and Broadway location refused to remake a damaged pizza order. The pizza was obviously tilted to the side shortly after baking so when I opened it all the toppings had slid off of the crust and smeared all over one side of the box. I called their call center and was told it was being remade and would be delivered shortly. Then I got a call back stating that they refused to remake it. They said I had only ordered pepperoni on half of it so that’s why it arrived the way it did.
The call center manager told me they still refused to remake it even after she called and explained they had misinterpreted the problem. The call center manager gave me credit to place a new order but now I have to use a different location because I don’t feel safe ordering from 12th and Broadway store any longer.

I would have given 5 stars because the food was very good, however for whatever reason I paid with a card online asked for contactless, then for some reason they kept knocking saying I owed 26 cents still. Very weird. It was already expensive at 30 bucks for a cheese pizza and small dippers!!! Which is ridiculous! This I possibly may have overlooked but i ordered like 3 or 4 bucks worth of dipping sauces I didn’t get. It’s not ok to forget that when you charge for it!! In sorry but that’s my biggest pet peeve!!!

I just got done ordering delivery I live in an apartment and I would like to say the driver today he went above and beyond to call me to make sure my food was delivered hot when he couldnt find my location also his customer service was great and the food was hot and fresh no complaints keep up the good work guys

Brighton Banks

Just went for their lunch buffet, not end of time but right in what should be the best time. Terrible is the kindest word that I can think of. We should have turned around. Salad was non existent with empty bowls. Pizza was either hard as a rock or so underdone that it was inedible. Husband used the bathroom and described it as “filthy” reeking of stale urine. I feel bad for the one guy working, as it was obvious they were understaffed. Tables were piled with used plates. Most of the drinks at the fountain were out of order. Health department should step in ASAP.
