Ordered pizza to pick up. Was given the wrong order. Didn't realize until getting home. Called and told them what happened. Reordered. Went to pick up and they did not have the order. I sat and waited for them to prepare my 3rd order. Get home and still not what I had Ordered. I had this happen from another Mazzio's and called this Mazzio's thinking it would be better. Not the case. The food is bland. Service is lacking in every way imaginable.

hello. i have been coming to mazios since i was about 4 years old and its been amazing every time ive came. its a small clean and nice space also everyone who works there is super kind! i always order french fries and a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. its always good, and let me tell yall this… the claw machine is not rigged like the the other places. almost every time you play you win something and its super cheap!

I ordered the chicken alfredo bake and it was DELICIOUS!! Creamy alfredo, great noodles everything! The gentleman who helped me was nice and helpful.

Placed order at 6pm got there at around 6:08 or so knowing I was a little earlier than 15 minutes. I waited then told them I was here. It’s currently 6:52 and I’m still in lobby waiting for 1 pizza, 1 small cheese dipper and a 10 piece wing…. How?

Ok I have visited this place sporadically over the years and am reminded why I DON'T come here each time from issues mostly not cooking the pizza enough so its still kinda dough like to recently mixing up the salt and sugar and cooking the pepperoni under the cheese and the dough overloaded with sugar and the cinammon sticks being loaded with god knows how much salt instead of sugar. Better off going to the one on 19th than this place or do yourself a favor and get pizza hut instead.

I gave the food 3 stars because frankly the pasta we ordered felt over cooked and tasted watery.
However I don't even care how the food was because the service as soon as we walked in felt welcoming. We honestly felt like they were happy to service.

Found a maggot on my straw and when I said something they acted like it was nothing. The manager didn't even come and talk to me or offer an apology, or comp our meal. It was the worst service ever.
Ordered online for the first time. Asked for co tactless delivery, delivery person said they knocked and got no answer so left. No one knocked. Had to wait over an hour for a pizza and calzone and I paid 34$ for it. Negative first experience won’t be ordering again

Nobody ordered a burnt pizza that we couldn't even bite through or three pepper STEMS in their wilted salad!! Really Mazzios!!!! Do better or just don't (close)!!!!!! Ps...I worked at Mazzios several years ago I know their standards and this is not it!!! SMDH 🤢🤮
