2nd delivery order that has been poor quality. This recent order was 60-70 minute delivery time, it showed up in about 90 minutes and the food was cold. The pizza was poorly made the toppings didn’t even cover the pizza. Called customer service an basically got brushed off was offered to remake the pizza which I don’t want to wait another hour and a half for them to remake it or a credit for the cost of the pizza not the taxes or delivery fee. I get not the tip we left for the driver but not even the delivery fee? They were 20 minutes late.

There was food plates left on most of the tables. There were very few tables to set at. Cold pizza on the salad bar only 2 hot pizza and a very dirty salad bar. The people were nice. But I will never eat here again.

Okay, Mazzio’s — y’all crushed it! This was seriously the best pizza I’ve had from there. I meant to take a pic, but I blinked and it was gone… that’s how good it was! 😂 You could literally taste the love in every bite. Shoutout to Grace, the shift lead — she was SO sweet and super helpful. Amazing customer service and even better pizza? Yes please. I’m already thinking about my next order. 🍕💯

We ordered at 9:00 pm and they closed the doors and shut the store down! Mazzios closes at 10p.m it's very unprofessional for you to run your business this way!
Trash customer service. My wife went in and just wanted a salad and the lady was extremely rude to her. My wife is pregnant and was just craving their ranch on a salad. I went in to ask the lady what her issue with my wife was but not a soul was to be found in that place. Extremely disappointed. Do better

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order and the order wasn’t ready. There was no staff available to assist or greet me, and I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I even tried calling out for help, but received no response.

In my opinion, it's time for Mazzio's to revamp the Salad Bar. Definitely need better quality ingredients, more choices even. Definitely need some better quality lettuce because the white lettuce isn't cutting it. We love Mazzio's, but the salad bar is nothing to write home about. It could be so much better. Hopefully, improvements are on the way 🙂
