Okay, Mazzio’s — y’all crushed it! This was seriously the best pizza I’ve had from there. I meant to take a pic, but I blinked and it was gone… that’s how good it was! 😂 You could literally taste the love in every bite. Shoutout to Grace, the shift lead — she was SO sweet and super helpful. Amazing customer service and even better pizza? Yes please. I’m already thinking about my next order. 🍕💯

Trash customer service. My wife went in and just wanted a salad and the lady was extremely rude to her. My wife is pregnant and was just craving their ranch on a salad. I went in to ask the lady what her issue with my wife was but not a soul was to be found in that place. Extremely disappointed. Do better

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order and the order wasn’t ready. There was no staff available to assist or greet me, and I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I even tried calling out for help, but received no response.

In my opinion, it's time for Mazzio's to revamp the Salad Bar. Definitely need better quality ingredients, more choices even. Definitely need some better quality lettuce because the white lettuce isn't cutting it. We love Mazzio's, but the salad bar is nothing to write home about. It could be so much better. Hopefully, improvements are on the way 🙂

Food and service was excellent but the air was out and was disgustingly hot to eat in during buffet night. Was so hot it almost caused me to have a seizure when I got into cool air. Need to fix immediately
Usually they are great. Today was very disappointing, they only had 2 employees and a line of customers out the door. Nothing on the buffet line. But instead of filling the line the cashier is taking everyone’s order, for the buffet….so imagine a room full of people with no food. Yeah I only get 30 mins so I got lettuce and cottage cheese with a Diet Coke for lunch for $12. Not happy.

The cashier didn't want to sell me a buffet because I brought work clothes. You have to order takeout. That's very bad, the cashier wasn't bad, friendly. They should put nice people in the boxes.

Usually come here for the buffet with my friends from work every now and then. There was a time or two that it upset my stomach a little bit but we've been here a bunch of times and it seems like that happens to me at every Mazzio's every now and then, not just this one. Maybe it's just me.. but if I didn't love the pizza I wouldn't keep coming back. 93% of the time the time they knock it out of the park. You like those odds? Go to Mazzio's ?
