The crust was soggy. The Canadian bacon was hard as a rock and burned around the edges - no way to cut it or eat it. Both the pepperoni and bacon were skimpy for the price.

This was once a great place to eat and work for 9 years. It seems to have gone to the wayside. 12th st location We never got service for dinner at the 12th and Broadway location, so we left and went here the next day for lunch. Manager was on his toes and the food was as good as we remembered it.

It is currently Saturday, August 8 at 6:47 pm. Have not even gotten our pizza yet, and so far we have managed to not order fast enough for the boy behind the register. He just kept sighing until I finally asked him twice if he was frustrated. He said no twice then walked off leaving us standing there. No wonder there are only two other tables occupied in here. What terrible customer service and representation of Mazzios. Up until now I have only ordered take out. I will not even do that anymore.So sorry Mazzios employee that we took a minute to decide what to order. You won't have to worry about us patronizing this location again.

Went to have lunch today got there at 12:45. The salad bar was a total wreck. I go for pizza but my husband goes for the salad. He basically got lettuce and ranch. He asked for a fork and the guy working said can you make two spoons work? My husband said no I need a fork. The worker seems so irritated he needed to go wash some dishes. He ended up giving him a plastic fork. The selection of pizza was terrible. The most basic pizza being pepperoni and cheese should always be out there. There used to be a woman working the counter and she was on top of everything. This is the second time we’ve been recently and it’s been horrible both times since she’s been gone. Even being greeted at the beginning to pay for the buffet was terrible. The worker looks at the front door but continues to walk around picking up plates and talking to customers instead of helping the front customers coming in. I sure hope this place gets it together or finds new people who actually care about their job.

Getting robbed by mazzios is always fun brought me something I didn’t order chargered me for it and won’t refund my money but told me “I don’t have to eat it” even tho it’s not on my receipt straight thugs apparently

Very disappointed. I ordered from mazzios tonight. Calzone, lg pepperoni’s, and ranch. After tax and tip my total was 45.68. I used contactless delivery. What I received was someone else’s order. Lg cheese, medium works. Then my ranch. Their total per the ticket on the box was 39.19. Once the food was delivered my family had an hour before we had to be somewhere so there was no time for a remake or to find other alternatives for dinner so I had my kids eat the cheese pizza.It took 2 calls and over 30 minutes to get a hold of a person. When I finally talk to someone I’m told there is nothing they can do. The person I was talking to couldn’t reach anyone at the actual store my order came from. They won’t even do a partial refund and they won’t remake the order (I didn’t want that anyway bc I wouldn’t be home to receive it) bc the cheese pizza was consumed. Plus everything arrived cold. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was so excited to be living in their delivery area again but after this I will not order from them again.Raechel if you see this I got your order and I assume you got mine so I hope it was something you liked!
