I ordered my food and my purchase was not added to my rewards account. Then when I got my food the sandwich did not come with the cheese I requested. Lastly, I did not receive my cookie that came with the meal.

Kind of strange how you can be out of a side item before lunch even started. No brocolli, no red beans and rice? Basically 30% of your sides not available. Potato's mac and cheese looked like it should've been swapped out last week. Crusty old and cold. Norman location is considerably better

Went about 430 on a Wednesday and only one table had people at it. When ordering at counter girl was flat, ordered advertised Peach Mango Tea, they had no Peach so had to be just Mango, the spud I wanted first they had no pork so changed to chicken bacon ranch. Ranch was gross from a bottle im sure, bacon wasn't the real bacon it was tiny chewy flavorless pieces, chicken tasted leftover, potato skin no flavor like salt,never order that again, the Club was small and average. Husband said potato salad was good. Place was clean, food out in just couple minutes. Don't recommend it

Food was poor in that all the lettuce in the salad was frozen. Who freezes lettuce? The place is dirty. Tables and floor appear to not have been cleaned in a while. Every window sill has a layer of dust that has been there for some time. If dinning room looks like this no telling what the kitchen is like. Won't return to this location.

Went here for lunch with my boyfriend and it wasn’t busy at all! It was nice and quiet and we got our food super quick. Our food was really good and made fresh. Our drinks were perfect as well. We both get black cherry sweet tea. I got the choose two and he got a sandwich and chips and we spent $24.
I came here because it’s one of my favorite spots and i wanted to introduce my boyfriend to it. I was so disappointed by the food. The mac and cheese was over cooked and practically inedible, like baby food mush. My boyfriend tried the loaded bacon spud and when it came out the potato skin was so hard it bent his fork. I cannot explain to you that it was literally crunchy and crumbling. I love McAlester’s and this was my first time trying this specific location. i was VERY disappointed to say the least.

It was also just sitting behind the counter instead of on the giant wall with cubbies labeled for online order pick up so I sat there waiting for 10 mins for no reason.

Last time I ordered food it was sent on a road trip due to being a double dash and arrived cold. I thought the manager was going to refund my order. They did not. They refunded me 10% my kid asked for McAlisters and against my better judgement I ordered again. I asked for extra jalapeños on my nachos and got none. When I called I was asked if I wanted to drive there after paying for delivery for my jalapeños. Crap customer service!
