The guy in the window sounded like he needs to quit his job and didn't listen while we were ordering our food and drinks when we told them specifically saying we didn't want ice in our drinks and they still put ice in the drinks and rufesed to make it right after it was reiterated at the window. We also didn't get or full order but them rufesing to do anything to help us was absurd. Would not recommend coming through after dark hopefully day shift is better.

My band and I see a lot of these on the road, but this one is a slice of heaven. The food was fresh, the dining room was clean and Ms. Cherish made us feel at home with her exceptional customer service.

This. McDonald's on 12th and I 35 in Moore Oklahoma. Is the greatest friendly? They wait on you don't have to order the food off the Kiosk.. Don't go to the 1 on 89th and Pennsylvania.. They will not wait on you. They're not friendly.

Whoever works at night pickin up orders misses orders, doesnt repeat orders and ALWAYS messes up my orders to where expo and the line and manager has to fix it. This happens every time i come over night.

Will not be coming back here. I got a frozen coke went to drink it and it tasted like straight mold. My fiancé called and spoke to him and he pretty much called my partner a liar and said there was nothing they could do and he doesn’t see how that happened because the machine is self cleaning yada yada yada he dismissed my partners worrying because I have a severe allergy and just acted like he didn’t care. IF YOU WANT MILDEW TASTING DRINKS THEN THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO. I will be calling the health department tomorrow morning and if I become sick because I’m allergic to mold and mildew I will be going to corporate and suing.
Also our fries were just thrown in the bag. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
