went here late last night and had cones in the driveway for the drive through after we had already paid for our food through the app. the app didn’t say it was closed, my boyfriend tried to go inside and saw the workers just standing around. we had no idea how to pick up our food after we had already paid.
My biscuits wasn’t cooked all the way very doughy and my gravy was practically water with color, at least that’s how it tasted. my mother got an iced coffee that was supposed to have 3 shots of expreso and they made it taste more watery than even milky. $20 down the drain because they don’t wanna do there job properly.
How are you out of a Big Mac sandwich this is terrible

Every time that I go there and I do mean EVERY TIME, they mess up my order. I specifically speak clearly and slowly for them to understand and I don’t see how they screw it up every time.

Theresa slams windows in customers faces so does the lady at first window with gray or white hair. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Management is racist towards African Americans. We had just got off work and my boyfriend had a 100 dollar bill and they tried to say it was fake. We went elsewhere and asked them if they could check the bill since he had got it from his job and it is real! The only reason y'all keep so busy is because y'all mcds be so fr anywhere else y'all would have been went out of business. Had to call over 3 times to get anyone to even answer to let them know they are in the wrong. We Will be filing a corporate complaint in the morning.

One of the most inconsiderate fast food restaurants I’ve dealt with in awhile. For as much as they charge now days you’d think the service would match the prices, but it’s severely lacking when you’re the only person that WALKED INSIDE TO ORDER and you’re treated like an inconvenience while drive thru customers are treated like they own the company. Top it off with having to wait multiple times for an English speaker.. in a country where the first language is English. But I digress, just take care of your customers equally. You gotta do better senator.

I am writing to formally report a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience I had at this restaurant.
During my lunch break, I went through the drive-through to purchase a meal. When I returned to work, I discovered that the order I received was incorrect. Since I only had a 30-minute break, I was unable to return immediately.
After work, I returned to the restaurant with the receipt and the incorrect food to request an exchange. The Hispanic female that refused to identify (has a big moonface) employee I spoke with refused to replace the meal, stating that I should have come back right away. I explained that I was at work and unable to leave earlier, yet she still refused to assist me.
When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed that she was the manager and continued to be dismissive and confrontational. She then told me to leave the premises or she would call the police. This response was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering that I had proof of purchase and was only requesting that my order be corrected.
No customer should be treated this way, particularly by someone representing your brand in a management position. Her behavior reflects poorly on McDonald’s and demonstrates a serious lack of respect for customers.
I expect this matter to be investigated promptly and appropriate action to be taken. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation is addressed, as I do not believe this individual represents the standards McDonald’s is known for.
