I came to this McDonald's with an open heart hoping and praying that the ice cream machine was working and to find that it was not working. how are you always cleaning the machine why does it take 3 NOT 1 NOT 2 BUT 3 WHOLE HOURS TO CLEAN. ABSOLUTELY Unexceptable. Fix this issue immediately I am not playing. Get a better machine because is a multimillion dollar company this should not still be happening in the big 2024.fix it immediately.

After ordering, I sat down and waited 15 mins before finally I heard another customer asking about their food from 10 mins prior... turns out it had been sitting on a back counter since 2 mins after we had ordered it. The only reason to eat inside is to eat it hot, otherwise McDonald's food is inedible. I got my money back.

The staffs are always friendly and the majority of times thank you for using the mobile app and greet you by name from your app purchase. Most of them when asked will get your food fresh on the first time. I always want fresh cooked chicken nuggets, fish and fries no exception and the wait is not a problem. The one problem I have is that they have cut back tremendously on the caramel drizzle topping for the frappe and now want to charge if you ask for extra when they should give you the appropriate amount in the first place.

I hate kiosks. There was one register, no menu board, but after standing there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment of my present, I used the kiosk. Our order was mostly correct. Nothing came out hot. I have not been to a McDonald's in a long time and after this visit, never again
