I wish they communicated a bit more. If they have to close for any reason, they won't post anything on their social media or at the stand. It's just frustrating to waste a trip when it could be avoided. That being said, it's hands down my favorite stand. They have a long list of flavors and cup sizes. They use fresh ice, so you get a great taste as well great texture. I fantasy enough great things about this stand!

Awesome snowcones, super fine snow, not a long wait compared to other places I've been ?
The young man working offered to bring our drinks to the car so we didn't have to wait in the sun. Very sweet to my young daughter when she asked some questions about flavors and even chuckled at her dad joke.

Walked up at 8:50, stood in line until 9 and had not been helped. The little blonde 16 year old worker said we cannot help you, we close at 9. The customer in front of told her we both arrived at the same time and they had a long order. She agreed to serve us. Even after receiving our order, she made snide remarks and was so rude. We just paid you $30 for flavored ice, sorry your little brother had a ball game the next day. She also did not give us tops because that would just take way too long ?Somebody should teach these teens some customer service! Will drive another mile to summer snow next time!

I love this place!!! The workers are always so friendly. They give me suggestions I never would have tried before, even butterscotch. Who would have thought that? Haha This is definitely a family friendly establishment. I also really love the benches to sit at.

The blonde employee in particular was SO rude with terrible customer service. I’m not one to write bad reviews or complain but she not only was unhappy to serve us but continued to make snide remarks. The snow cones weren’t just amazing to return back with that kind of service. My family has been going here for years but will now drive the extra mile to summer snow.
