We came here for lunchtime. I ordered orange chicken and black pepper steak and it was pretty good. I like that the restaurant was clean too.

They refused to give me my change and said they aren't able to get pennies. Proceeded to treat me as if I was stupid for not knowing about the stopping of minting pennies. Even though they stoped minting them, they are still available. At the drive window they never told me the total, took my money and just handed me the bills. I had to check the receipt to realize what happened. If they are keeping up to 4 cents per cash customer across the nation then they are stealing who knows how much from their customers.

Really enjoyed the meal with my daughter. I got chicken with mushrooms she got teriyaki chicken noodles were great she said fried rice was good. Egg roll a little greasy. Overall everything was great.

Order was wrong. Had to take it back. There was no chicken in our two chicken chow mein didn’t give us any teriyaki sauce or sweet-and-sour sauce horrible experience and never going back.

Absolutely abhorrent food and service at this location. The vegetables in both the black pepper sirloin steak and the super greens were barely cooked (nearly raw in fact) and the teriyaki chicken & steak had so much fat & gristle, I could only eat half of what I ordered. Then there's the matter of service in the drive-thru and the rude lady getting your name wrong at least twice when trying to pick up a mobile app order.
Just go elsewhere and spend your money on something better.
I will make the trip to the Norman location for better food AND service next time.

You put a non-english speaking person at the front station. What? The only reason the service was great was because another girl was translating next to her. Don't know the situation. But this is bad practice.

I came here yesterday with my boyfriend and we both ordered the kung pao chicken which we know is spicy with peanuts because they are nice and let you know that every time you go but they added so many peppers this time we were digging so many of them out we had about 20 on the side of our plates by the time we were done eating and that didn’t count the amount we ate. It was so spicy both our eyes were watering. We still ate it and it was pretty yummy. That wasn’t the problem the problem was this morning. We both are having bathroom problems. We cannot stop running to go number 2 and it BURNS. He’s stuck at work and even had to stop 2 times on the way to work and I keep hopping out of bed to run to the bathroom. What did they put in that kung pao yesterday!!!!

Food is always fresh, you can see the cut up vegetables in the cooler. The folks are patient but hustle to keep things moving.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish I would’ve took a picture of how gross the food looked let alone taste. I was so fast to get out of my car from the drive through I didn’t have enough time. Pick another location
Tired of the uncooked chow mein almost every time I go there. Is there not a recipe to follow?

Excellent food, but the ordering process is very strange here compared to every other Panda Express that I've been to.
They've got one employee who takes your order and writes it onto the box, then it just sits there on the counter until a different employee gets around to filling it. Extremely slow and inefficient way to do it. An order that should have taken 30 seconds to fill instead took 5 minutes.
Also, no one wants to listen to 80s dance music turned up to 11 at a Chinese restaurant. This is easily the worst Panda Express location in the metro area.
