The food at Panera has always been great. However, every time I order a Chai Tea Latte it’s half full it’s a $7 drink, it’s should be completely full and not completely full of foam. It has happened multiple times. Please fill the drinks completely. Foam is not part of the drink.

The place is new and beautiful. But the menu is kind of deceptive, with the pick 2 option that isn't easily understood or explained. It says pick 2 and gives a price. But the price is actually just for half and the pick 2 order, which doesn't make sense.
The prices are too high for what you get and the "half" item option isn't listed on the menu and is well above half the price of a whole option. The menu should be intuitive, and the gal working couldn't explain it clearly. We had to change our order 3 times based upon the confusion, which was frustrating and held up the line a bunch. It makes me not want to come back here just to avoid this type of situation.

Today Panera in Moore tried charging my card for 16.27 this is the second time this has happened I haven’t been to Panera sense August 30 and my order total was 28 dollars I’m behind furious that my card is being charged for absolutely NO reason!

Cashier was very nice, but new and needed help. She did not know how to put orders in and customers were frustrated. Also, they brought fresh cookies out and I wanted to buy some. The new cashier refused to sell them to me. She said they were being saved for tomorrow. Ridiculous.
It wasn’t busy on a Friday evening at all. The restaurant is super clean and organized inside. The music playing was a vibe. I like the fact that you can order yourself on a screen and there’s a few to use. My boyfriend and I both tried the new Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich. It was tasty, I just wish there was a better meat to bread ratio. We both got chips and I got the mac n cheese, which had good flavor, just needed salt and pepper. My boyfriend also got an Iced Madagascar Vanilla Latte. He did not like it very much.

Go to any other Panera. The drive thru is remarkably slow and they have never (not even once) got my entire order correct. We live right down the street but would rather make the drive to 104th and Penn. Avoid until this location is under new management.
