Why is the wait time so long? This is my biggest grievance!

If you want to WAY overpay for a small portion of food ($18 for a small sandwich and bag of chips- yes for real, I just left) and have your order rung in wrong, have to wait a long time for said overpriced food, and then have the young people behind the counter be snotty to you, Then this is the place for you!

If I could not give a star rating I would, I DO NOT recommend this location, I am 100% not satisfied with my order, I ordered a turkey and cheddar sandwich and got a sandwich with a NO turkey.. I thought okay maybe I accidentally ordered it with no turkey, I checked my app and it doesn’t show that I made any customization(s) to my order. They just didn’t add any turkey to my sandwich, I will not be coming to this location. If you do, make sure to check what you ordered before leaving.

Still great atmosphere and Food, but the staff here obviously isn’t being taught anything about quality service. These people are sitting around, backs to customers and when asked to heat up a pastry, simply point to the microwave near the seating area (we were the only customers in the store). This is not the Panera I came to enjoy and appreciate for first-class service. Not willing to pay hyped-up prices if the entire experience is tainted by poor disengaged and careless service environment. What a pity.

We waited 15 mins to get a piece of green goddess avocado toast and two bagels. When we got our toast, it was missing ingredients. I asked the person at the checkout and they said they were out of the ingredients. It’s really frustrating to order and then receive something different because they ran out without being informed or warned. Even my blueberry bagel has one or two blueberries. Honestly really disappointed in Panera.
All I can say is I payed $15 for what my photos show. They will never receive another dime from me ever. This was the cheese streak sandwich and Mac and cheese

Worker TIFFANY showed a lot of attitude and was very rude. The chair was dirty and sticky so I asked for it to be clean. She then left it wet so I asked for it to be wiped down. She was not happy. How dare I ask her to do her job 🤣🤣🤣 great food tho
