Worker TIFFANY showed a lot of attitude and was very rude. The chair was dirty and sticky so I asked for it to be clean. She then left it wet so I asked for it to be wiped down. She was not happy. How dare I ask her to do her job 🤣🤣🤣 great food tho

I’m not sure who was there today from 1-2 making sandwiches but getting two bottoms of focaccia bread for sandwich is a problem for me and I love Panera.

I ordered the Greek Salad through GrubHub and had it delivered. A 1/4 to 1/2 of the lettuce in my salad was brown & gross! I expected better. ☹️

I asked whats good. He said the steak and mozz. So i ordered the suggested steak and mozzarella. Wait twenty minutes behind vehicles to get to window , just for them to tell me that they're out of steak.

Panera is known for bagles. Yet the last 3 times I have come to order bagles, they are out or don't have a variety. The bakers dozen came with 8 cinnamon raisin. It took 15 minutes to slice them, maybe because 4 employees stood there talking. Just a thought - make enough of the popular bagles to at least make it until 8 a.m. and provide quick service, don't stand in the customer's view talking while they are waiting.

The tea dispensers are kept immaculate. -Which demonstrates attention to detail.

Service was helpful and patient.

We haven’t been to Panera Bread in quite a while as most of our visits had been disappointing.

This store has the original brought back enjoyment of a pick two… then bagels for breakfast!

I ordered a large drink they gave me a regular and charged me for a large. Food was overpriced and I wasn't charged correctly. The light thingy scared me with its buzzing. My friend ordered an iced coffee they make him have hot in a plastic cup. But the food was good. 3 stars

I ordered a loaf of sourdough sliced thin and 6 bagels sliced and a 3pk of macaroons for pickup. I ordered earlier before 5pm so they wouldn’t be totally out of everything and I could pick it up a little later after the rush. I got there around 8pm and the girl said it took me awhile to find your order because its been sitting for so long! You ordered it at 5pm! I felt like I was being scolded. I didn't know I had a time I needed to be there by, I already paid online. I got home and was putting things away and thought my bread looked different, well they sliced it thin like usual but then then sliced it down the middle also?? What the heck? Why would they do that? I've never seen that?
Now I had a useless loaf of $10 bread. I couldn’t put it in the toaster, couldn't make grilled cheeses.
To top it off none of the bagels were even sliced.
Crazy. Very upsetting.

It's so sad to see this place is not being taken care of. The drink station, floors, etc. are so filthy. They need more staff.

Summer Cherry

After waiting 20 minutes, we had to ask for our cups. The lady behind the counter was mad about us asking for anything. We were given our cups, then waited another 10 minutes and asked the same lady behind the counter when we could expect our order and she offered that we still had 4 more people in front of us. The customer service was non existent. No smiles, no questions, didnt want to be bothered people. The drive thru seemed to be the main priority and the hospitality was not on the menu. We waited 40 minutes for our order.
