I ordered off of Uber eats I would give a zero star rating if I could my food was delivered cold and when I reached out to the store to get the issue resolved they said" since you order off a 3rd party app we will not remake or redo the order if you want your order fixed you have got to reorder this is not the customer service that they boast on there stupid commercials you guys only had to remake the order to resolve the issue there was no need to e rude to the person who pays your paycheck all I asked for was a remake of the order and you were rude and disrespectful to me and my family after we paid over 47 dollars on the farm order check your team papa johns there was no reason for the way you treated me.

Luis at this Papa John’s location makes Saturday night pizza amazing!!! He was working the night I ordered my current usual, Hawaiian btw (so good, highly recommend). My order didn’t come quite as I expected. I called the store to ask if we could do anything and Luis immediately brainstormed different ideas with me and came up with a great solution!!! His communication on the telephone was superb. It’s also obvious that his fellow co-workers respect him, his work ethic and positivity.
Reward this man! He makes this store stand out.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The pepperoni was put on top of everything. Once the pizza went through a 500 degree oven, the pepperoni was worse than jerky. The veggies were under the cheese & was under cooked. Save yourself the agony of wasting your money & getting the worst pizza of your life, go elsewhere. Staff didn't GAF either. When I called, they argued with me. I will never waste money at this place again. I wouldn't get another one if it was free. It's that bad.

I have been delivering food for this store through a third party for 5 months. I use to always have to wait for orders. No big deal. It happens. This week this has changed. Luis has had the orders ready before i get there every time. I might only be two miles away when the order comes through but he will have the food ready! Good work Papa Johns!
