wrong crust on 2 pizzas ordered 5 ranch got none and manager yelled and hung up on me on the phone, never get delivery terrible customer service no professionalism only an immature manager that argues and hangs up on you, i offered to show the receipt and pizza that i was given and still got declined

This is exactly the reason I never order delivery from this location anymore. I normally pickup the order and always check the pizza in store. Just another reminder to always do carry out, and always check the pizza before tiping the driver. Not sure if this happened when he tilted the bag to pull the boxes out, or if the driver is very reckless and they slammed around in the car. Either way no more delivery.

We ordered the $19.99 meal deal on Sunday. It was ready for pickup exactly when they said it would be. Jamie is the friendliest person I've come across in a long time. Pleasant smile & positivity were abundant as she made friendly small talk while ringing up our order. I wish more people in the service industry were like her. Especially since EVERYWHERE you get anything expects a tip. Well done Jamie!

Can't give zero. Chance your manager is terrible. I ordered pizza from you online. Somehow my order was sent to frickin ada but it took an hour to figure that out. Chance refused to do anything. Jus wanted me to spend another 40 on a new order. Lol why would I do that when yall jus sent the last order to Ada. Anyway I used to think your store was good I order about once a month or so but won't be ordering again. Not that anyone will care or do anything just wanted to share my thoughts.

After reading reviews, I should've trusted the bad ones. Wrong crust on the pizza, the cheese breadsticks were well done. I don't mean they were cooked well, they were toasted so bad a 7 year old couldn't eat them. I haven't had pizza hut in over 10 years, what a disappointment. I don't want a refund, credit, or anything else. I just hope I save someone else from disappointment. The girl on register was nice, but the food was tragic.

Useless! This is the second time I’ve ordered here and what a mistake that was! The first time, they said my order must have gotten lost or some other bs after waiting for over an hour for my pizzas and it took them another hour to finally deliver it. Tonight, I figured I would give them another shot since my grandkids wanted pizza and it said 35-45 mins..no biggie, that’s about how long it takes for delivery. Again, another hour wait and still no pizza. So, I called and gave them my order number, phone number, address and all that other stuff and they said they had no order there.. well, y’all took the money out of my account and I gave you the order number and again, they said they have nothing in there system..they had everything else in there system, but no order..I asked if the money was going to go back into my account and they said it should, but he didn’t know for sure or how long it would take..I will NEVER order from here ever again! I will be taking my business elsewhere cause this place SUCKS!! I would steer clear of here if you want (need) delivery cause you won’t get out or it’ll take forever to get your order.. this place SUCKS!

This is the second time i have ordered online and the second time somehow they dont have my order. The first time they were alao very rude, food was alright, not alot sauce on the pizza, half the bread sticks were burnt but lots if sauce in the pasta which I like. Didnt even get my second order so i paid for nothing.
I called and tried to place a order , and got hung up on. Then called back . I wasn't upset , but then in the middle of ordering again luane hung up on me again. I wont call back . I ended up ordering from pizza hut.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the opportunity to clean some of the prep equipment/carts at the local Pizza Hut today on Eastern, and I’ve got to say — I was impressed. This place has really turned around in the last couple of years. Seeing a first hand, behind the scenes point of view, the kitchen is clean, the staff is friendly and on point, and the pizzas I’ve been ordering lately are noticeably better. The way I remember as a kid. You can tell there’s pride in what they do now. Big shoutout to Heather. Her leadership and her amazing crew have raised the bar — keep it up! You are appreciated!!
