Usually order online takes about 15 minutes and is already good for pickup. And whenever I do have issues they are resolved easily.

What a horrible place to order food, Late, cold and tasteless food, above all when I called for my Refund, the couple female managers were extremely rude to Refund my money, that you have to come to the store and pick up your money and hang up on me, very un professional staff managers ...they should work for some junk yard not pizza hut...they are are the big assett for pizza hut to bring their business down day by day....

I have ordered from this location multiple times and each experience has been great. Great tasting pizza, properly made. The staff is great when I go in to up my orders. When I have had my orders delivered the drivers have been fantastic. I absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut location.

Ordered a large supreme pizza. Received a burnt pepperoni one. When I called the girl Rylee remembered taking my order and apologized. I told her I would be happy with just a cheese pizza. She told me despite messing up my order and having a receipt I’d have to pay for it. I got upset and asked to talk to a manager. To my surprise. He’s not allowed to give out refunds. So I’m having to wait (3) days for a general manager. Kinda sucks. I love Pizza Hut.
Update. If you order Pizza Hut and they mess up your order they will not give you a refund.

Pizza was delivered late, cold, no sauce and cooked so long pizza was curled up. Called and spoke with manager for a refund on the pizza itself which was $14.99 and was told he did not have authority to issue refunds. I would have to call back in 2 days when Regional Manager would be in.

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas, one stuffed crust and one thin and bread sticks and cheese sticks. When my order got here I saw only one box for the bread sticks and told the driver that one of them weren't there and he told me that they are saving on paper cost by using one box for two orders of sticks and I was like okay. I got inside to find out they gave me the wrong pizza and no bread sticks and I called them to have them fix it and the night manager told me he can't find my number in the system so he can't help me. I wasn't taking no for an answer because I just paid over $40 and I want what I paid for and he finally gave it to me after arguing with me about it but also just to be a dick told me I have to give the other pizza back. So I'm giving them what my kids didn't eat cause I'm also not making my children wait to eat because someone wants to be a dick about doing his job.

This place sucks, I have Apply to the store and heather has told me to come in 2 times for an interview, when i come in THERE IS NEVER HEATHER TO INTERVIEW ME. when she clearly said oh come in @1:30 monday the 13th 2025, great i come in the guy working tells me that it’s her day off. Okay, then why waste my time and tell me to come in on that day? He says she will be here tomorrow she will do your interview, so i come in TODAY @1:30 SHE IS STILL NOT THERE? Do you know how unprofessional that is? & allegedly she is the “GM” also when i was waiting to be helping i could see them making the pizza with NO GLOVES, they were picking their nose & then adding cheese to the pizza with their bare hands, this place is filthy and filled with lazy people.
Store is kinda dirty and disorganized my pizza was soaked in grease the box had a perfect circle and was soggy Pizza Hut has fallen off from when I was a kid had to switch to Domino’s sorry guys.

Placed an online pick up order at this location for 4 personal pan pizzas only to get there and be handed two medium pizzas made the way my personal pans were suppose to be. No one bothered to reach out to me when I placed this order to let me know, instead they just assumed I wanted these. When asked why they didn’t have them they said they were out… how are you out, when you have dough to make regular pizzas. Not to mention this location was also out of breadsticks.

Placed an order on 11/15 after 5pm. The order was for delivery. We ordered a 16 piece wing, double order of cheese sticks, 5 orders of marinara, large meat lovers pan pizza, and a large hand tossed cheese pizza. We received the order and the wings were burnt and the large meat lovers was the wrong style crust (hand tossed when we ordered pan). I called to speak the manager and she would not speak to me. I drove 15 minutes out of the way to the store and had to wait an insane amount of time to try to speak to the manager. She would not delineate tasks to her associates and she would not communicate with me whatsoever. She was absolutely unprofessional. I will never ever do business here again and strongly advise anyone with any regard for their wallet to stay away from this location as well. The manager was extremely passive, would not communicate with me whatsoever, and had one associate talk to me for her. I finally left my pizza, breadsticks, and wings there after almost an hour of waiting and have no resolution. Calling the corporate office and headquarters to hopefully get a refund. Note, that I’ve never had an issue at the Pizza Hut off of Western or the location off of 36th NW in Norman. Their pizza is always delicious and their associates are always friendly.
