I ordered the BLTA. Bacon lettuce tomato avacado sandwich . They need to rename it the BBLTA - burnt bacon lettuce tomato avocado sandwich . They had me pull around and wait . I guess they needed more time to burn the bacon. It was gross I had to pick off the bacon to eat the sandwich. So, I basically paid out the butt for a vegetable sandwich. This place blows but if you have friends and family that you hate definitely bring them here for an expensive and horrible tasting sandwich. I’m sure they’ll hate you for it.

I ordered an Italian sub with peppers and light mayo from the drive-thru this evening. When I got home and opened up the sandwich, that’s all my sandwich consisted of. I tried to call the store to ask if it came with the regular things that typically come on the sandwich, and the person that was helping me (with attitude) said, 'No, you have to order it with everything.' She offered no concession but attitude when I told her I didn’t remember their subs coming that way. Listen, I’m from Chicago, the birthplace of Potbelly’s, and I can clearly remember them using a knife to hold everything down while they fold it up and wrap it up before they hand it to you.

This location steals tips from delivery drivers. I work several delivery apps, the customers have asked me on several occasions if I received the tip, and I did not. I did a catering order this morning, the customer said they left a tip, when I called and asked about it, they told me the restaurant did not mark any tips on the order, even though the customer was standing right there saying they did, so the customer ended up giving me cash.

They'll lie to you and say at 8pm they are completely out of ice cream because they're too lazy to make a couple of shakes. If she didn't lie to me and somehow they are completely out of ice cream of all things, then they have incompetent ordering managers. Terrible location from top to bottom.

Staff tried closing too early May 7th, if you better prepped yourself for closing time you could get it done much more efficiently while still being able to serve customers, and not run around

We went about a month ago and everything was amazing, Megan really was great at the drive thru , we will definitely be going back.
Went in during wind storm when everywhere was losing power. Luckily theirs was up at the moment. They were able to help me out with the app and get everything squared away. Both manager and woman making my food were extremely helpful and friendly. S+ service.

Stopped by to grab a couple of sandwiches after mom's doctor's appointment. I had the tuna and mom had the chicken club. They were both delicious. Dusty did a great job everyone was super friendly. Next time Im in the area I will be sure to stop by and grab another sandwich thanks ladies
