This location steals tips from delivery drivers. I work several delivery apps, the customers have asked me on several occasions if I received the tip, and I did not. I did a catering order this morning, the customer said they left a tip, when I called and asked about it, they told me the restaurant did not mark any tips on the order, even though the customer was standing right there saying they did, so the customer ended up giving me cash.

They'll lie to you and say at 8pm they are completely out of ice cream because they're too lazy to make a couple of shakes. If she didn't lie to me and somehow they are completely out of ice cream of all things, then they have incompetent ordering managers. Terrible location from top to bottom.

Staff tried closing too early May 7th, if you better prepped yourself for closing time you could get it done much more efficiently while still being able to serve customers, and not run around

Went in during wind storm when everywhere was losing power. Luckily theirs was up at the moment. They were able to help me out with the app and get everything squared away. Both manager and woman making my food were extremely helpful and friendly. S+ service.

Stopped by to grab a couple of sandwiches after mom's doctor's appointment. I had the tuna and mom had the chicken club. They were both delicious. Dusty did a great job everyone was super friendly. Next time Im in the area I will be sure to stop by and grab another sandwich thanks ladies

Had the meatball sub from here today it was excellent the hot peppers and garlic aolli made the sandwich even better. The staff was very helpful and friendly will be coming back to try other sandwiches

The big African American lady(not sure if she's the manager or not) so rude and makes us uncomfortable. Always giving us attitude and feels like she purposely messes up our order every time, to the point where I just drive away when I see that she's working. I wish they would get a new crew. A lot of mean girl energy going on in there. Don't waste your money coming here.

I love potbelly but this location is awful when it comes to customer service. I have no problem with the food, but something needs to be done with that heavy set African American manager lady. She is awful. Always rude, and snarky. And reading from other reviews, I’m not the only one with an issue with her. Again, I LOVE potbelly, HATE the customer service at this location. I have not gone at all for that reason.
