This location is one of the worst ones. Every other time I pick up an online order from them, half the stuff is missing. Today I was missing an entire bowl I had to go back in for, and the other mini bowl in my order was half filled and missing half the ingredients. My partner called them up about these issues and he says they laughed at him and hung up. I go to this one because it's closest to me but it's to the point I'll go out of my way to go across town to a different location because this location is really dropping the ball. Management really needs to fix these issues or the manager needs to be replaced seeing as other reviews state the manager will literally yell and scream at you if you have a complaint. Highly unprofessional.

I jump between Midwest City and Moore because I live smack dab in between, but Moore is just the best. The management is kind, quick to help, and welcoming. Not every worker is bright eyed and ready to go be social, but that's fine, not everyone will be. Moore is a fantastic location and Midwest City should be avoided at all costs. 100000% worth the longer drive.

Came to this location on National Burrito Day, when it was absolutely swamped with customers. The staff members were nothing but professional, quick, and kind despite several rude customers.

(Night service) By far my favorite location to eat when I’m craving a good burrito. The service is always friendly and fast, the food is fresh and enjoyable, the store is stocked and cleaned every time I sit to watch a thunder game. The owner is always super professional, polite and has been improving his store every year. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a good burrito.

The owner here is such a good person. My food was stolen by another customer and why I came to pick up my food the dude told me I have to resend the order and pay again because they can't just make the food again for free it's too much money.😂 Poor customer service has no idea what it means to operate an establishment for the people.
