A delivery driver took out a brick wall at the entrance to our driveway a couple days ago and fled the scene. Sam’s is passing the buck and refusing to pay for the damage because the driver is not a Sam’s employee; they are an employee of the delivery service. I have a feeling I’m in for a fight. We will not be placing any more delivery orders with Sam’s or Walmart.

Had the Pecan Pie from other Sam’s clubs and they were great. The one I bought at the Moore Sam’s was horrible. We cut into it and I could tell it wasn’t made right. I tasted it and through the whole pie away. It was disgusting, I think they pooped the syrup into the pan and sprinkled pecans on top. Worst pie ever.

I recently visited sam’s Club in Moore and left my phone in the cart . I asked at member services if it was there and also shared with the checkout person kara I had just lost my phone. She tried to be very helpful and I left the store. After getting to my car, I felt impressed to go back inside and wait to see if the phone got turned in and met Kara coming out the door with the phone! So thankful for her helpful attitude! What a blessing!

Was there this weekend I’m in need of a double hip replacement grabbed a pair of shorts there only to find out it had no bar code to scan at the checkout when I finally got the attention of the attendant I was told I needed to walk to the other side of the store to get a pair I could scan and would need to wait in the long line again Costco is opening in a few weeks just around the corner they probably have a bunch of new customers

Crazy long line , mad customers , manager handled it fine. I had to go bathroom so I went in the exit … but the exit line was line 25 people and carts deep… scary

I love going to Sam's, but trying to use their order and pick up. it's kinda confusing. some things like water it wants to charge me shipping. then no reminder of pick up date or what I ordered unless I do a screenshot.

So far I’ve used sams in Moore for my prescriptions, and they have been so careful during these trying times. They are so good! Sams in Moore overall had been good up to this point but I definitely saw a lax today. Early hours on Tuesday and Thursday are supposed to be a time for seniors and vulnerable customers to shop but today was a disappointment. I recommend Sam's, but today the employee at the Moore, OK location who was stationed at the entrance had disinfectant wipes for the carts & wouldn't give me one when I asked. I think you could spare one upon request for customers who ask. We pay membership dues, but even common grocery stores have dispensers at the entrances.

I have been a member over 20 yrs but last year was the first time I ever purchased a warranty on one of their items a pedal car for my grandson. Just a warning the warranty is a ripoff, it appears they sold me a warranty to cover an electronic component computer, tv, tablet.
