I recently visited sam’s Club in Moore and left my phone in the cart . I asked at member services if it was there and also shared with the checkout person kara I had just lost my phone. She tried to be very helpful and I left the store. After getting to my car, I felt impressed to go back inside and wait to see if the phone got turned in and met Kara coming out the door with the phone! So thankful for her helpful attitude! What a blessing!
I love going to Sam's, but trying to use their order and pick up. it's kinda confusing. some things like water it wants to charge me shipping. then no reminder of pick up date or what I ordered unless I do a screenshot.
So far I’ve used sams in Moore for my prescriptions, and they have been so careful during these trying times. They are so good! Sams in Moore overall had been good up to this point but I definitely saw a lax today. Early hours on Tuesday and Thursday are supposed to be a time for seniors and vulnerable customers to shop but today was a disappointment.
