Had good experiences in the past, but I was very disappointed with the last visit. Ordered a combo and it only got rung up as a sandwich, so I had to wait in line again. Then our kid's meal was made incorrectly and had missing items. The Cinnabon was stale as well.

Extremely rude lady at the drive thru. Asked for 2 cinnabon cinnamon rolls with extra frosting which I didn't get after asking her if it was in the bag. The rolls were hard as a rock even after warning them up. I was there shortly after opening so these were definitely not fresh, 2 day old at best. I will never visit this location again.

first time eating at a schlotzsky's ordered 2 meal sandwiches and wasn't even offered chips and the menu said it came with it, so i asked the lady and she said the sandwiches that i ordered didnt come with the chips, the young lady at the cash register was unenthused to be there. the tables were dirty and we was the only customers

Our food was good, but the server failed to listen while taking our order and I had to repeat everything 2-3 times. When we got our drink she failed to add extra ice like we asked during the order, and when we asked for a cup of ice she was clearly aggravated.

In the past, my experience at this restaurant has been friendly and exceptional. Today my son, 4-year-old granddaughter, and I were sorely disappointed. The visit started with a disinterested cashier. The young man seemed unfamiliar with ordering a kids meal sandwich with added ham (clearly available on their posted menu. When I returned the item to point out the error, I was met more of the same, this time he responded with “I told them to put ham on it.” When I asked for my receipt (which I had declined before), I was told it wasn’t possible to reprint, which is unprofessional and inaccurate. Both times our food was delivered to our table, first by a woman was less than friendly (to say the least). The young man returned the kid’s sandwich which had simply been pulled apart, which a few slices of ham haphazardly put on the (by then) cold sandwich, leaving the final product cold, disheveled, and unappetizing.
To the current management (which I refuse to believe is the same as it has been previously): I’m very disappointed. Do better. You depend on Moore residents to patronize and sustain your business.
I love their gluten free pizza and they are pretty cheap on Wednesday or on the weekend after 5. They are always so friendly and helpful when we go there. My husband gets the flatbread pizza and he likes that the best but sometimes he will get the sandwich. Our grandson loves their cinnamon rolls there so much. I like the new place as a stand alone. It’s clean every time we go there and they are fast. If you love salads then this is one of my favorites to get there. You will be stuffed trying to eat all the salad that you get. My husband picks our food up to eat at home. We’ve never been disappointed in this place. Pizza, salad, sandwiches or a cinnamon roll to make everyone happy.

Dining room is way too small with too many tables for the space. Sunda August 10th around 12:30we have very bad service at the cashier counter and were met with a bad attitude. I even said thank you after the transaction and got nothing back. The something happened whe we got our food.
