I placed my order on my app and it said 7 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes. Giving the 2 stars because the barista kept saying they were working on my sandwich right now twice so obviously they werent heating up my sandwich. They actually dismissed my order on the app to help their times go up because it showed my order was ready on time and I had to wait even longer due to them giving sandwiches to the drive thru first. The barista apologized and said there was only one oven. Its not nice standing there noticing drive thru was getting all the sandwiches first. I guess I should pick up my orders in the drive thru from now on to be prioritized.

This is the second time that I got my drinks and they forgot my straws
Annoyed that this store has reduced their menu and taken away my usual/favorite drinks and they also are not offering the new tiramisu drinks at this location, which I was pretty excited about. I stop here before my night shifts for coffee and sometimes food, but looking for a new coffee place with more options.

i was having one of the worst days ever and i went through the drive thru for my usual to help me feel better. this is the message they gave me on my cup. starbucks employees are seriously the kindest people❤️
They will make Uber Eats drivers (who don’t get paid by the hour) wait while the food is finished and waiting to be packed. Extremely unproductive.

Update: so I was curious after they told me it was a known corporate issue and it was the powder so I went to another Starbucks to test it out. They had no issues mixing the matcha well. The next set of photos is from that Starbucks.
I have been getting matcha here for a couple years and the quality has gone downhill. I asked why it was clumpy and their reasoning was corporate and the powder and she just shrugged and said they can't do anything about it. When I mentioned I have been getting match here for years and it was never this bad she said, "well we can try to remake it for you." I won't be coming back. Black rifle, Scooters and Dunkin' Donuts actually mixes their matcha.

The app is offering $3 drinks today. I find it convenient almost every single time the app offers discounted drinks their systems are conveniently down and won’t honor it… this is why I drive 30 minutes to 7 brew or 15 to Dutch bros even though I live 2 minutes from this Starbucks. They honor their deals, their coffee is cheaper and tastes better. I’m not paying $10 for a mediocre coffee.

Every time I come into this store the staff is running around like chicken with no heads. It’s hard to get service inside the store. They are overworked and slow. The tables are always dirty, covered in old food, hair, and sticky. Today I tried the turkey safe danish. It was a lot of sage and microscopic amounts of turkey. The gingerbread oatmilk chai was lukewarm and watered down. I’d also like to know why staff walks around making food/beverages with long beards hair. I’ve had better experiences in crowded NYC Starbucks stores. Save your money and go across the street to Black Rifle Co if you value quality service.

This by far the most unorganized Starbucks I have ever been to. I came into today and the lady working at the register has no idea what she is doing. Also the guy making drinks is one of the slowest people I have ever seen making a cup of coffee. This place needs new management and new employees they are all extremely lazy and slow. I would great appreciate if you could address this situation.
