I ordered a brown sugar cortado this morning and instead of oat milk I asked for 2% and I still got oat milk. I'm so tired of starbucks because they rarely seem to make a good coffee anymore. I would not recommend this location especially.

Charged twice multiple times due to error on their card reader. Manager seemed very unconcerned. I even provided proof of duplicate bank transaction at the window. $40 for 3 coffees 🙄

My drink was made wrong, and they are not nice about remaking the drinks. I had a manager tell me “she’d do it for me this one time..” umm no I paid full price for a correctly made drink that was made incorrect SO I’m just getting what I paid for. The customer is completely and 100% ENTITLED to the advertised drink that they intended on getting when paying. The employees and managers need to be on the same page about not only the ingredients put into the drink, BUT ALSO the order in which they are supposed to go in which affects the quality and flavor of the drink ordered.

It’s is Starbucks so you are paying a little bit more but still everything is great there especially the atmosphere!
I don’t think words can do justice to how good the service I received from the Starbucks location was.There was even literal reading involved.I actually called the store to complement the person who helped me out only to find out that they were the general manager, which clearly was the right decision.I am not often down in Moore, but when I am, I will make the trip to this Starbucks.
