Omgg I came on Tuesday around 8ish pm. Mind you I always go to this one only because the other Starbucks don’t make my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso correct. The employees at this location always slay! And I want to appreciate an employee that went above and beyond with her customer service! Her name I think she told me was shanelle. She was super friendly and she’s always quick with my order! Thank you shanelle!<33

I asked for no whip cream on my drink and it says it on the receipt when I pull up to the window there was whipped cream on my Frappuccino so I just told her hey this is supposed to be no whip. She was gone for maybe two seconds she tried to wipe the cream off the top, knowing there’s cream on the bottom too. I’m just kind of upset because you pay 6 to 7 dollars for these drinks and you want them right

No places to sit, just a pick up and go shop. Store was not busy and staff was not friendly at all. Only 1 staff member uttered a greeting and is was disingenuous to say the least. Much prefer the store on 27th street.

Drive thru, met with a young woman who said” is this your coffee, I made it extra special” I said how so, she said “ cause I spit in it” rather she was joking or not I have lost confidence in your store brand. She filled me with so much mistrust.

I just purchased, through a drive thru, a peppermint mocha. When at window they try to hand me a sugar cookie latte. I tell them that’s a wrong order. They ask us to pull around, They come out a 2 min later with the exact same cup, but written on it “peppermint mocha” next to sticker. They added peppermint to the sugar cookie latte! Tasted it, definitely not a mocha. Paying too much for a coffee to just try to wing it. I don’t have time to wait for my drink to be corrected another time. Poor customer service Starbucks! Do better!!
