Ordered curbside and called when I got there. Told the lady I had curbside order she said they had my order was working on it, waited 10 or 12 minutes it was on the pick up rack. The young people inside didn’t seem concerned stated they didn’t make the order I usually have a great experience at this location not this time

Best subway sandwich I've had around moore, portions were perfect. Cookies were soft and fresh. The two women with deep reddish hair and tats were kind, mmm good sandwich shop

Worst sandwich anyone has ever made for me. The lady was rude and seemed to be rushing. My cheese is still cold. the bread isn’t even toasted even tho I asked her nicely to toast it. She seemed to be in too much of a rush to toast it more than 10 seconds?

the guy work , he didnt help me problems with my app, I was new with my app, I got three sandwich its so dry and hard bread, we are not happy about it , we never come back the place.. waste my money for worth ...

I asked for a #10 on a wrap. I got my food in a flatbread, I asked for the meat to be heated up. They put it into the toaster and when I got my food the meat was still ice cold. And thennn they charged me for a #20 which is like $2 more then a #10 . So I am far from satisfied. I don't know If I can say I'll be back.

Don’t plan on coming into this location unless you have done an online order. We came in to dine in and it was completely empty with no line. The staff proceeded to work on 6 different online order (six SEPARATE tickets, not just six sandwiches) while we stood there and waited. Really should be prioritizing walk-ins over online orders that are not even waiting in the store.

Placed mobile order through the app, said it would be ready to pick up in 20 min. Arrived there in 30 min and the sandwiches haven't even been made, but the app said it was done. Worst service I've ever had at a subway.if you can't Handel mobile orders you shouldn't take them.

One of the local hot spots bc it's close to the high school and jr high. Usually pretty clean, plenty of seating. I called in to pick up, and it took almost twice as long for them to prep it and have it ready (2 footlongs). It's always busy it seems. At least they aren't rude.

Went in today, when it got to the girl for veggies I could tell she didn't want to be there, I noticed there was a sliced tomato with the stem on and asked politely could you please give me a different tomato she rolled her eyes & slammed that tomato from my Tuna Fish sandwich back into the tomato container got another and slammed it so hard the lettuce & cheese were flying off & looked at me with so much hate, I told her absolutely unnecessary & told her to keep it.. I hope no one with fish allergies ordered after me. I believe her name was Amanda.if you want Subway stay away from this one!! Absolute disregard for customer service & consumer safety. 0 stars not 1
