My family has been coming to this location for a long time. Today I went in and ordered. When it was time to pay the employees said this franchise location no longer accepted Subway coupons, but apparently every other location in Moore does! Staff was friendly but will definitely start going to a different location now. Still don't know how Subway locations can pick and choose whether they want to honor Subway coupons! Will be telling all our friends, family, and business owners not to go to this location.

Doris, the manager, is absolutely horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I ordered on the app, it charged me, and they said that they never got it. The employee called Doris and she said I would have to order the sandwiches again for them to make them. They told me to order on the app because it is “easier”

I ordered AGAIN and they charged me AGAIN, and apparently they still didn’t get it.

I asked to speak to the manager, and Doris was extremely unfriendly. She told me “that’s too bad” and that it “wasn’t their fault” and that if I wanted the sandwiches, I could order them for a THIRD time. I showed them my bank statements and the app where my order was and Doris refused to just let them make the sandwiches for me. Told me they were “unable to”

When I asked “how is this customer service?” She laughed and said that there was nothing she could do, and it had nothing to do with “customer service”

Avoid this location. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Truly an awful place with some of the most unprofessional and unsanitary people working here. The manager is an egomaniac who has no interest in providing any level of customer service and should NEVER be in a position to have to serve the public.

Firstly the staff wouldn't accept Subway Coupons. Secondly each of our 5 foot longs were severely underfilled, very little food. Lastly items that we paid for were missing from our sandwiches. Terrible terrible location, would not recommend

I had a situation happen here that could have easily been diffused at the time of occurance. The more enticing coupons ARE NOT ACCEPTED HERE. Free cookies with purchase, yes... BOGO sandwiches, no. I have already gone out of my way not to dine here.

It’s subway, but keep in mind for others, they do not accept pretty much any of the coupons that get sent out in the mail from Subway.

So if you plan on using coupons here, try another Subway.

Doesn't accept coupons that they sent out in mail. Since it's states participating locations. Why send it out then. Go to the subway in Norman. They accept these promos!

I'm new to this neighborhood.
Just made my first visit to this Subway store, for a take-home order of two large subs.

So far, so good.

Two employees were working just before closing time. Both were very friendly and helpful.
I thought the service was considerably better than what I've been accustomed to, at other Subway stores in another nearby town.
I have a second sandwich that I'm saving for tomorrow, but... both my sandwiches were made exactly as I asked for them, and... thus far, I'm plenty satisfied that the food seems to be just fine.

I have no complaints.
I do plan to visit again in the near future, and will see how it goes. If all at this Subway store continues to be as easy, convenient, and friendly as this first visit has been... then, the chances are good that I may very well turn out to become somewhat of a regular customer, over these next few weeks.

So...
I give four Stars, because... so far as I can see, "it's all good".
But... I need to make more than just one visit, before I can know for certain about giving five Stars on ANY review.

Ordered online waited forever. Went in and she said our order wasn't ready went to wait in my car until it was done. Went in 15 mins later to see if it was finally done... she had voided my order cause I walked out to my car.... like who's training these people?

I used to love going to the subway I went in on Friday night with a coupon by 3 ft long subways for $17.99. The sandwiches were made as I walked to the end of the counter to pay. There was a sign posted no longer take and it had a picture of the coupon 2 ftlongs for $12.99 or 3 ft longs for 17.99. I expected to pay the $17.99. when I walked out I had paid 51.36. I don't care if you're a franchise if you're going to carry the subway name, you need to accept the subway coupons that were mailed to the neighborhood customers. I will never go back to this Subway. In fact I may just start going to Jersey Mike's 100% of the time

Ok, first of all , i got here it smelt like dead rat and everyone gave us dirty looks , felt uncomfortable. the old raggedy hag was rude she wasn’t patient and didn’t let me put trible cheese when there was many . under her breath, she said a offensive racist slur . ( mind you i’m hispanic ) then the other girl came out from the back and smoke came out her mouth . very unprofessional, never coming here again.
