Drinks are good but the prices on regular (not sparkling) flavored water have gone up and it's not even worth it. It's more expensive than a flavored soda now.

this place is the worst for togo pick up, Everytime i ordered through doordash or uber eat when I come to pick up my drinks i had to wait very long line in drive thru even my drink ready to pick up, they need to make the window for togo pick up ..!..

This Swig is amazing! The drinks are always tasty and the service is friendly and fast! I've rarely seen lines because of how fast they are, which is awesome! Today, I made a mistake and made an online order, but was unable to pick it up because I had somewhere to be. It was completely my fault, yet they called me and offered me options! I ended up choosing to get the order remade later and I picked it up. Top notch service!

I come to swig often, today is my last. The customer service is awful. Because the workers decided not to work and take my order today, I was made to get out of line and get back in line. Companies won’t stay in business with this kind of service.

The ordering system and customer service is absolutely horrible. The come here all the time and I was treated horrible today. I’m disappointed in the rude service I received.
Swig is great. Staff is usually friendly. I always have to make sure they add in all my modifications because they usually don't. They take my drink back in and add it into the drink every time. They are really nice and apologetic every time.

Love their drinks, LOATHE their cups. I have had not one, BUT TWO of their 44oz cups spill nearly ALL of the drink out because the lids pop off too easily!!!! This last time, it utterly destroyed a $150 rug in my living room. You'd be better off pouring the drink into a different, more sturdy cup immediately after getting it in the drive thru.

I love Swig but the Moore location has horrible service. I just had a terrible experience (not the first but it will be my last). I pulled up to Swig, the only car visible, and waited for a few minutes. When no one came, I pulled up to the windows thinking maybe they couldn't see me and saw there was a car at the windows. Turns out, they had a massive order as twelve minutes later I see 3 carts of drinks delivered - no problem. So I pull up next to the windows to take my order. But when I go to order, the girl tells me I have to go to the back of the line. I was shocked. I explained everything, that I'd been waiting patiently for by this point nearly 20 minutes, that no one had shown even after waiting several minutes. But she just waved me off and I had to go back through the Drive Thru. By this time, several cars had lined up and I had to wait all over again. I'm pretty non-confrontational so I took this in stride but it was just such a bad experience. I don't think my family and I will be coming back to the Swig in Moore again.
