I only eat here cause I've ordered same thing on the menu since I was 3 but for some odd reason this locations beans are always crunchy undercooked & almost every time the tortillas taste like if you bit into an old shoe improve thank gawd I'm moving out of this pity city

I get the potato burrito that most times is ok other times the potatoes could be deadly weapons they're so old. Hit and miss. But PLEASE taco smell!!! stop asking for me to round up my change. I am not giving a multi billion dollar company my change so you can put your employees through college. You can afford to bless your hard workers with an education. I just want my burrito and move on.

Gave me diet drinks when we didn't order diet and was crappy when we asked them to fix it and throw away the ones they gave us that were NOT the right ones. Ended up leaving with 4 dang drinks with only 2 people and only 2 cup holders, plus we had our food to deal with, it just honestly pissed me off, that she could/would not throw away the mistakes they made.

Amazing service! Went and got food today at 5:30pm and the burritos and cheesy gordita crunch were literally perfect! So hard to find a taco bell that knows how to set up a burrito correctly! It's like God himself came and handcrafted our burrito! This taco bell really is holding the community together with these burritos! 👏👏👏😤😤♥️

Okay, I ordered on Thursday, September 4th around 6ish PM through Doordash and whoever made and packed my order did a fantastic job. I have never seen the food so neatly made and packaged before. I was amazed. It was like commercial-worthy. Whoever was working did a really great job and I trust them with handling my food. Thank you.

Incompetence. I bet majority of the people working here don’t know what that means. And that’s understandable but what is not understandable is messing up 2 single bean and cheese burritos. Literally the easiest thing you could do even on your worst day and you started working ever that very day. I would be able to see beans and cheese, throw it on a burrito and hand it over. Not this crew. It blows my mind that you people want more than $12/ hr to mess up a bean and cheese burrito. This is why some level up in life and some stay here year after year of their life, messing up simple burritos making little kids cry all day. Just a shame. I value the Buc-ee’s bathroom employees more than a Taco Bell employee. Sad day. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell since high school and I came this one day for my kid, and they messed it up lol. I should play the lottery. My odds are insane.

Went through the drive through, see a photo advertisement for the Cantina bowl, said I'd like to order it. They're like we don't have those..... My husband and I both said it in case she couldn't understand. She's like no we don't sell that.
Fix the advertisements or train the employees please! Often they don't know what is on the menu and you can't order what is listed.

Very small portions inside the burritos chalupas and the salad thingy that I got that was over $7 - portions would be fine for a 5 year old. I'm thinking shrinkflation. Also, I wish there were more plant-based options.
