Incompetence. I bet majority of the people working here don’t know what that means. And that’s understandable but what is not understandable is messing up 2 single bean and cheese burritos. Literally the easiest thing you could do even on your worst day and you started working ever that very day. I would be able to see beans and cheese, throw it on a burrito and hand it over. Not this crew. It blows my mind that you people want more than $12/ hr to mess up a bean and cheese burrito. This is why some level up in life and some stay here year after year of their life, messing up simple burritos making little kids cry all day. Just a shame. I value the Buc-ee’s bathroom employees more than a Taco Bell employee. Sad day. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell since high school and I came this one day for my kid, and they messed it up lol. I should play the lottery. My odds are insane.

Went through the drive through, see a photo advertisement for the Cantina bowl, said I'd like to order it. They're like we don't have those..... My husband and I both said it in case she couldn't understand. She's like no we don't sell that.
Fix the advertisements or train the employees please! Often they don't know what is on the menu and you can't order what is listed.

Very small portions inside the burritos chalupas and the salad thingy that I got that was over $7 - portions would be fine for a 5 year old. I'm thinking shrinkflation. Also, I wish there were more plant-based options.

I’ve ALWAYS asked for no tomatoes on my Crunchwrap supreme, and for some odd reason tomatoes are ALWAYS put in my food. It’s been an ongoing issue for the last 4 years, if you really want Taco Bell, then go to a different store because this location will mess your order up one way or another like they always do.

Paid $36.88 for the dorito loco supreme party pack. The tacos were basically shell, cheese, and sour cream! The tacos had a dap of meat, No tomato’s and just bits of lettuce. Not even worth what I paid. Tried calling the store to talk with a manager but they would not answer the phone at all. Very disappointed

What a joke!! Taco Bell is the one advertising the decades nonsense and this place was out of everything, even out of Dr Pepper, and even after they told me after ordering online and shorting me on what i ordered, they were rude as hell because they were out in f everything and I asked them what they had? Ten years ago when it was cheap I would let it slide , but now that this corporation is taking advantage of people and it’s 15 dollars just to get enough food to be satisfied, I’ll go to a sit down restaurant that doesn’t give me no lip, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Also everytime i customize an order on the app, even tho they charge extra they only actually do the customization about 40 percent of the time. Everyone I think is just completely done with anything owned by YUM brands.. because kfc has gotten even more ridiculous.
Took over 30 minutes to get our food and never got my cup for our order tell we asked for them.

The chicken i got was overcooked. Crispy and dry. Ordered items didn't make it in our bag. So we lost money. Just sucks to pay for food and not get it. Maybe I should have checked it.
