We tried the crispy chicken chipotle taco, and when I say you could break a window with this chicken, I’m not exaggerating. The chicken was extremely dry, tough, and visibly dehydrated—more like jerky than “crispy.” It overpowered the entire taco and made it difficult to eat. One bite in and we were already done. Very disappointing quality.

They don’t give you what you order from doordash or in person. whether you’re missing sauces or items, or they put stuff you didn’t want. it’s ridiculous when ur just a hangry dude. sure it’s stupid to complain for some but i’m a angry ass camper. do better.

On a Saturday after my work shift I needed my quesadilla, nacho fries, and dew fix. I was pleasantly surprised with my Mountain Dew no ice being filled to the very top how I like it annnd when I got home my cheese sauce filled up well too. Sometimes they aren’t even filled half way and for 80 cents that’s usually frustrating, but not tonight… TONIGHT WILL BE THE NIGHT THAT I WILL FALL FOR YOU OOVER AGAAIN

This place can not even get an order of no source cream right. When I called to complain they hung up the phone without taking complaint. Very unprofessional and very unethical.

I came to get food but I'm leaving your store because your line is so slow. You have two open lines to take orders in the Drive-Thru but you refuse to use both of them because one is for mobile orders only and I have never seen a single car in that line.
Maybe one line is all you're capable of using and two lines would not make you faster but I see McDonald's and Chick-fil-A using this method and absolutely killing it!

I got me a burrito supreme and the Mexican pizza burrito supreme was small as hell it made me think I bought one of them dollar burritos from the value menu Mexican pizza was not made correctly a lot of the shell was empty in the middle they just put a big glob of beans hardly any beef I was very unsatisfied Taco Bell need to get it together
