I went thru the drive thru at 9:18pm on 01/14/2025 and the lady there at the window was super rude and very stingy with the hot sauce I had spent 35 dollars on tacos and I had asked for extra hot sauce and she gave me 6 hot sauces I had asked for me and she handed me 3 more. I had asked for me and she handed me 4 more very rudely, and gave me a glare. If that is how service is going to be I will no longer be spending money at Taco Bell. This is usually a good location but things just didn’t pan out tonight and it has ruined my thought on Taco Bell a lot. Taco Bell is known for their sauces and the fact I spent as much as I did and received this type of service was not okay. (It’s the girl with the piercing in her lips if you need help identifying who it was)

My husband went to Taco Bell at about 2-3am. He pulled up to the drive thru and they greeted him by saying “we are out of meat”. Like what??!? How do you run out of meat? Or are you just lazy and did not want to work and cook more?? First time ever going to this location and it will be the last.

They never get my food right and they will take your money right if front of you then after you pay for the items they say I'm sorry we are out they will lie to your face. When you call THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL 5 TIMES THEY TAKE THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK. ITS PATHETIC I HOPE CORPORATE SEES THIS AND FIRE SOMEONE THIS IS RIDICULOUS. SPIRTE IS SODA WATER!!!!! Went across the street to taco casa, but cars lined around the building and out to the street. So I decided to try Taco Bell. Zero cars in line. I ordered 4 items, 3 item were wrong and I asked for sauce, got home none in the bag! Tried to call. No answer!
Busted hard shell tacos. Just had to go at it with a fork to start.
And when am i ever supposed to get me drink? I always, ALWAYS, have to request kt well after the food shows.

ALSO If you see kids grab a door dash order and they start ripping it apart and eating maybe someone should maybe ask if the order is actually theirs...

It's barely bigger than my sauce pack?????
