Asked for all soft tacos on the family deal at 6:17pm on September 22nd the guy taking orders Rudly said they can’t do only soft tacos. ‘nah we don’t do that’ like I get it’s busy but there is no need to be rude. Lost a customer for this location and anyone else I can turn away from this location. Take care of your employee please

Headed for a pizza, I wasn't paying attention and ended up at Taco Bueno. Man, that was great! It has the best fast food at excellent prices. The queso that would rival most Mexican restaurants. Sometimes a little thin, but it's the taste that's fantastic.

There wasn't a clean table in the place. The women working the drive-thru was on her phone texting, the other workers there was clueless rang us up for things they were sold out of then only one person there can do a refund, we paid for extra cheese and beef was charged for it but they didn't put it on our food, the one we didn't ask for extra had more on it then the one we paid for, this isn't the first issue, everytime I go here they screw up something, who ever owns this place needs to clean it up, other in there around us was just as discussed as we were.

I do delivery for a company. Every single time I'm sent to this location to pickup food it's a bad experience. Last time I showed up sign says open till 10 but doors locked. Went thru drive thru to pick up order and as I pulled away I realized it couldn't be full order because it was a small bag. I pulled around to doors again along with 2 other people who had wrong orders. Last night I pull into palot at 9:05 and the full staff was outside next to dumpster smoking. When we got inside they came in and said we don't have an order for pick up but after checking they found order still on machine. No customers in store or drive thru. One of them proceeded to tell me they have 30 minutes to get order ready I said so you 5 guys can't get a 40 dollar order ready with no other customers in less than 30 minutes? That's ridiculous. It's a fast food restaurant. One of them continued to argue that I would just have to wait. They had it ready in about 10 minutes. I have an expected delivery time which was much sooner than they were saying they could get it ready. Where has responsible service gone. And by the way, not one of them stopped to wash their hands before making the order. I will never eat at this store nor will I accept orders to deliver from here again.

My chips and taco shell were stale, the meat was not seasoned, the soda tasted funny. The muchaco, burrito, and taco were barely wrapped. The cashier was ok, the man that slid the tray across the counter must have been having a bad day because it nearly fell off the counter. Or could be he doesn't like people of color. The restaurant lobby was not very clean. I won't be returning to this location.

I mean it's a fast food restaurant.. It is what it is.. I can't stand Taco Bell... The staff is very friendly..
My wife and I stopped for lunch. Went through the drive thru. Staff was attentive and our order was correct. Which isn't always the case at a drive thru. Quality of food was good for take out fast food. We will continue eat here when we are in the area.

We ordered food for Mother’s Day there and they were disrespectful. Tried to argue with us as customers they knew our order. And refused to give us our order unless we had a receipt even though we just came through the drive-through and said we didn’t need a receipt because we assumed they had got our food right like we asked and clearly stated three times did you get it as a soft taco and they still gave us a hard taco and then after they were done arguing They finally gave us the soft taco

So me and my old lady and my daughter just walked in here and stood at the front counter for quite a while and no one even said hi. The manager in the headset and the crew member in the other headset just kept looking at us and going about making food and talking to each other and just kept looking at us and never actually will be there in a minute or anything.
