Our order was incorrect, I was not offered a receipt,and there was a PLASTIC BOTTLE CAP in the Taco Salad. Next time I will be sure to tell them to hold the plastic parts! They refunded the meal but didn't seem terribly concerned about the bottle cap. Very disappointed. I used to really like Taco Bueno.

Ordered several items. Didn't receive the bags of chips I was supposed to. The queso was cold. Both taco bowls were soggy and stale. The burritos were extremely tough yet somehow extremely soggy at the same time. There was hardly any rice, beans, or guacamole on any of the items, although it was indeed paid for like the rest of the items. Save your money, time, and emotions and go somewhere that won't disappoint you. Maybe Taco Bell, or Taco Mayo.

You guys need to work on your store. You forgot 3 of my items on my last visit. The tacos were so barren of ingredients. It was pathetic. The almost $3 burritos had barely any beans in them whatsoever. It was mostly flour tortilla, which was hard and crispy on the edges. This is yall's third strike with me and my family. And I'm NOT sorry to say I will NOT be returning to your Moore store.

Food is decent but the service sucks. Their portions are also half of what they were years ago. You get about a table spoon of ground beef per taco and you're lucky if you get home with everything that you ordered. Will not return to this location.
They made us pull around and wait 10 minutes when nobody was in line..we got a 3 for $6 and 2 chicken roll ups we was supposed to have 2 chicken quesadillas. Instead we received 2 ground beef quesadillas.. then to top it off paid for sour cream that nobody received.. ridiculous!!
