Lunch today at Taco no Bueno: stale taco shell & teeny-tiny soft shell taco (kid's taco?) both with a thimble full of meat, and a combination burrito missing the cheese. All wrapped up with an employee who looks like he really wants to be anywhere, but this place. Drive another 1/4 mile to Taco Casa across the highway; wish I did.

The girl at the speaker tonight was high off her mind. Had to repeat my order several times and she still couldn’t figure it out. Asked me 3 times what I want on my taco and then proceeded to tell me sour cream doesn’t come on tacos after I quite clearly said I would like to ADD sour cream. I’m all for legalization of weed, but don’t smoke if you can’t do your job.

I'm sorry- but this food is disgusting and I don't know how it's legal for them to serve this to customers. 5 of us had to spit it out- especially the chicken taquitos. It's sad to see how far Taco Bueno has sunk into the inedible. We used to LOVE Bueno.....this location needs to be inspected and probably even closed at this point. Do yourselves a solid and avoid eating here. Gross. Cold. And some of it tasted like dirty feet. Awful.

Their portion sizes are horrible. Spent $10 on two dinky sized "burritos." Every time I fill out customer comments, it seems no one cares since they NEVER get back to me.

Always had good experience with one of my favorite restaurants here until today! I go place an order get my food and then I get home to discover I’m missing items so I call 3 times no answer so I get back in the car drive up there to see they’re not busy there’s no reason they couldn’t answer the phone tell them I’m missing 3 items the boy gives me attitude that he has to fix my order and out of retaliation he makes me this sad taco that has next to nothing on it the boy that gives me the burritos was rude so I asked this is $4 for a steak fajita taco and he says yes. I call the store and guess who gets on the phone same guy that says he’s the manager. Well I have news for you, start treating customers better and be more professional don’t like your job find something different because after getting treated this bad i. Will not be going back to the location. So disappointed

Busy but efficient and food is the best Bueno in OKC metro
My 3-year-old son smashed all of the chips we ordered. Obviously this was frustrating, spoke with the staff and they immediately gave me a full bag of chips before I could even explain, and no charge. They were very kind and spoke to my 3-year-old about his birthday etc. They have a very friendly staff, good food and they have a great bar of salsas inside.
