This location has went down hill. Everyone working very clearly doesn't care. Last time we decided was our last was when we ordered all chicken items and get home and NONE of them have chicken or any meat at all. We go back and they say "well we're out of chicken". So instead of letting us know and offering a substitution they just gave us meatless items and charged us full price. The lack of commonsense and courtesy does not exist here anymore. I wish I could give zero stars. This place needs to be completely restaffed or shut down.

Service was a little slow. Probably a little understaffed after Christmas but the staff was working hard and the food was good.
Unfortunately this is a location of Taco Bueno that you would be best to pass on! Simply put, during my visit they were in desperate need of mgmt. During my visit, including my family, 5 orders were returned wrong. Place was dirty with not a clean table in the place. Salsa bar was nasty. A bunch of you adults working with no regard to customer service. I typically like Taco Bueno but this was a bad experience.

Cashier was very rude and my order was wrong and when I went to nicely tell them about it, the cashier starts calling me a liar and kept saying I ordered something else. I order the same thing every time I take my family and plus he obviously wasn’t paying attention because I said I wanted to dine in and all of our food was bagged up to go. He seemed like he was high on something and when he started yelling that I was wrong I still kept my cool while the shift manager just stood there in shock and didn’t say anything to him. I worked for Taco Bueno myself for 3 years and that is not how you treat the customer. Definitely not the Taco Bueno way. Worst experience at any restaurant ever. That guy should be fired. Oh and when I got my order fixed it tasted terrible and I know they did that on purpose. I was very nice because I know we all make mistakes and that was very uncalled for.
The one on 19th Street in Moore is the best one. If you go to the one off Santa Fe it's gross made me my husband and my mother in law who end up going the same day as us we both got sick. She went the other night and the beans the next day were moldy

This place has become a joke I ordered 10 party tacos and 10 party burritos I paid over $20 and basically got taco shells and flour tortillas taco bueno was my go to place 15yrs ago the one in Shawnee was my every other day store until I got bad tasting food and I have not stepped foot in that store in 15yrs it seems like the moore store is ripping off their customers charging for your food and keeping 90% of the food that you ordered but I can guarantee the taco bueno in moore will never get another penny from me. I will be using taco casa from now on
